My 96 year old father fell and broke his hip and was rushed toospital for an operation and whilst he was recovering well, it was clear that he needed extra respite to give him time to get over the trauma and for the family to prepare the home. It was very last minute that I contacted Bybrook and spoke
to the manager and she was able to organise everything for the following day for one week respite. It was late when he arrived but the staff were wonderful and quickly got him comfortable, sorted all medications and had saved him an evening meal! Throughout his stay the care was excellent and he had a lovely quiet en suite room with a comfortable chair and large TV with a view over the beautiful gardens. All staff were very friendly and professional and built up a great rapport with my father which made his stay very enjoyable. We needed to extend a few days at the end and again this was organised smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommend Bybrook to others.

The staff supported mum during respite care. emergency care and end of life scenario. Always with care and understanding and a great deal of compassion.

Mum has been a resident for eight years. She is a dementia patient. The lovely staff are always kind and very caring with mum and all her needs which have changed a great deal since she moved in. The home is run by an excellent manager, who is warm, genuine and very caring. It's a happy home where residents
feel safe, secure and cared for. The owner is a very nice person who is also genuine, caring and kind.

My mother spent 7 months at Bybrook House Nursing Home with advanced dementia. Her care was professional, efficient and loving. We (my mother and I) couldn't have been better served in the last four months of her life. I feel very lucky.
