I absolutely believe that due to the fantastic care my mum received is one of the reasons she is still as healthy as she is - she is 99-years-old. The staff here are more of a family, they go above and beyond. They are accommodation, loving, helpful and friendly. The care they give - well I couldn't
wish for better for my mum. They have regular activities and us and excuse for parties. I am so glad I found Moormead; the manager and every single one of the team is a credit to the caring industry; they deserve recognition.

Mum entered Moormead directly from hospital. She had been very poorly, sadly lost her husband of 65 years whilst in hospital and been unable to return to her home. A time of turmoil for her and us as a family, Moormead immediately made her feel at home and have been very kind to her. In these difficult
times of Covid, they have enabled us to visit, within the guidelines. Mum has settled as well as can be expected and has given the staff and the food a big thumbs up. Thank you.

My experience is that even though the staff are stretched with coronavirus, they are still happy, caring, conscientious in their work, putting their resident's needs and wants at the top of their list.
