A wonderful care home with fantastic staff, transparent and honest in all our dealings.
From carers, nursing staff, laundry, cooks and housekeeping and not forgetting admin staff, this home has proven to be the best in this area and we could not have asked for a better one.

Facilities and activities are excellent too.

My husband was at Beech Hill for 2 and a half years and during that time he was very well cared for.
He had had a stroke and also Parkinson's.
He was never happy there because it was not his nature to be 'confined' and unable to be free in the open countryside.
I visited daily and was made very welcome and still call in to see the staff occasionally.

A wonderful home!

My aunt has been at Beech Hill Grange since December 2017, needing nursing care. The staff at all levels have been fantastic and my family feel the home is really top quality. All aspects of care are of the highest standard and my aunt, who is 92, is treated with respect for all her needs. She couldn't be in a better place!

I cannot emphasise how much my wife has improved since being here at Beech Hill Grange and I believe it's all down to the fantastic care and attention she has received. It's an unbelievable home and I am so pleased she was accepted as a resident.

My husband went into Beech Hill Grange in December 2015, after looking at other nursing homes, this home felt "special" The management and all the staff made my husband feel special. The care was carried out professionally and with dignity. Every aspect of his care was explained to myself and my family any changes we were told immediately. His room was bright and clean at all times. The atmosphere at the home was good. We could not have asked for more.

After visiting many care homes in the Sutton Coldfield area, we came to the conclusion that Beech Hill Grange is far superior in every way. The cleanliness, caring attitude of the staff and friendly atmosphere throughout the home is excellent.
