This nursing/care home is wonderful, Everyone was so lovely to my dad and all of us family/friends who visitited. The care is so wonderful and the nursing home is absolutely the perfect place for anyone to reside at. All the team and manager should all be so very proud of the attention to detail everyone provides to each and every patient/resident in your care. The location is fantastic and the home and grounds are beautiful. You were all so kind to my dad and all of us.

My Mum moved to Allesley Hall in February, this is obviously a difficult time but the care and support we received ensured that my Mums care and wellbeing was priority. The staff are kind and considerate and nothing it too much trouble, my Mum is now very settled and we know that she is safe and well cared for.

Reply from David Ogunleye, Director at Allesley Hall

Staff, nurses and carers always have the time to chat about the care, health and well-being of my Auntie. They inform me of any issues, concerns, appointments and events with my Auntie and the home in general. The Care Home is well maintained, clean and welcoming.

Reply from David Ogunleye, Director at Allesley Hall

Thanks for your response. We strive to make sure we're a feedback focused home and will keep this as a priority going forwards so that we can improve the service.

My Mum has been happy living at Allesley Hall over the past year.
It's a place that is run with care and kindness enabling me as family to know she is safe and happy. Staff will regularly phone to update me on things or will speak to me when I regularly visit.
They are definitely a home that has a kind and open ethos with the opportunity to visit when ever you want and staff make a point to get to know residents families too, so they can ensure they are always meeting the residents needs.

There are regular meetings for residents to have a say on things within the home and meetings held for relatives to stay updated on news within the home.

Reply from David Ogunleye, Director at Allesley Hall

My elderly mother decided to move into Allesley Hall in November 2023. It is in a beautiful park setting with its own attractive grounds. The location is good for family and friends to visit, by car, bus or by walking.
My mum enjoys joining in with the weekly activities when possible. She looks forward to this weekly programme to help her plan her days.

Impressive contributions from the staff include accompanying my mum to Hospital appointments, and taking her for walks in the grounds. Allesley Hall is a genuinely good facility led by a gifted Management team, who are ably supported by all their tallented and caring staff.

I cannot speak highly enough about the care for my sister, as she had a stroke two years ago and needs round-the-clock care. In addition, the staff always have time for our family. When we visit if we inform them we will be visiting they will have our sister out of her bed and into a chair which is no mean feat.

Everyone at Allesley Hall has been amazing. My uncle has received the best nursing care we could wish for. So pleased you also have a chaplain who takes an interest in my uncle. The home itself is that, a home not an institution. Within this home, there is a family, a family that cares and supports everyone. Thank you so much. It means so much to us as a family in challenging times.

I am struggling to find words which sufficiently reflect my gratitude to Allesley Hall for the level of professionalism, love and care shown towards my sister. Every member of the team works tirelessly to ensure her needs are met with kindness and compassion. She is always treated with dignity and as an individual, with staff engaging directly with her despite her inability to engage or respond. Her health needs are complex, which are understood by everyone who cares for her and they respond swiftly to any changes in her health, keeping her family updated at every stage. The way the home is managed and the professionalism of every member of staff means that I have confidence my sister is safe and surrounded by care and kindness - who could ask for more.

I write this review based on my aunt being at Allesley Hall for almost 20 years. Allesley Hall was her home and the care, support and kindness shown to her and our family was nothing short of exceptional. The home is a lovely beautiful building with fantastic grounds but the staff are what makes this home excellent. They are a true credit to the home and my aunt built close relationships with many staff over the years and we know she trusted them.

In her final week at the home, we witnessed just how much the staff cared for her too, they went beyond what was expected of them, comforting both my aunt and us as a family. We will always be grateful for the fantastic care you provided to my aunt and would not have any reservations about recommending this home to others, they are truly a fantastic home. Thank you all for everything.

On my recent visit to Allesley Hall to visit a friend, I was greeted at the door by very friendly staff, I was asked who I was visiting and staff directed me to my friend... the ambiance was warm welcoming and very friendly... the home was so inviting, I look forward to visiting again... and would 100% recommend this home to anyone looking for their love ones or any relatives.

My mum recently had to go into nursing care as she had been discharged from hospital into the care of my 86 year old dad, who cannot care for her. From the moment she arrived in the home, she was treated exceptionally well and within a day said she was "loving it" and said “everyone is so good to me”. While she is still very ill, she is looking so much better than before and is now getting all the medical attention and care she needs. I know that she will most likely pass away at some point in the near future, but I couldn’t wish for her to be anywhere else for her final days. She isn’t scared of dying, just how she will go and she has been reassured she will be fully looked after and won’t be in pain and this has given her a great sense of peace. I cannot thank the staff enough for all they are doing for her.

We had a very negative and upsetting experience in the end after our family member was given notice to leave after a complaint. But there are a lot of very kind and compassionate carers. The setting and the rooms are lovely but the most important thing about a care home is how the care is given and whether the person gets any real attention if they are in their room 24/7.

Reply from Nadine Webster, Home Manager at Allesley Hall
