I am extremely grateful for the wonderful care provided at Allesley Hall.The staff are kind attentive, and always go above and beyond to ensure my mum is comfortable and well cared for.
The environment is warm and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. Marious and Gill are kind and always available.
From daily support to emotional care, the team treat my mum with dignity and respect. I have full confidence in the level of care provided and highly recommend Allesley Hall to anyone seeking a safe, caring, and supportive home for their loved ones.

My mother recently spent two months in Allesley Hall, requiring respite, due to struggling to care for herself and anxiety. She was very well cared for, drastically reducing the anxiety and becoming much happier. Many thanks to all concerned.

From the very first moment we walked into Allesley Hall we had a lovely feeling that this could be the right place for Dad to spend the time we would be fortunate enough to have with him.
We were greeted warmly and shown round. The entrance is spacious, clean, light & airy. All members of staff
seemed happy to welcome us.
We were so impressed we made plans on behalf of Dad to move him there. He had a ground floor room with en-suite wet room & kitchen.
We were not sorry with that decision. The home was always clean, the staff whatever their role were helpful, kind and welcoming every single day! We formed close bonds with the whole team something that helped whilst Dad was so poorly.
The end approached and dad's care was stepped up by everyone, always there when we needed them.
Dad's passing was so peaceful, it felt better than in a hospital and they had everything needed for his comfort during his passing.
I can only hope my children would choose Allesley Hall for me! Thank you all.

Allesley Hall has given Mum so much more than we thought possible, she is lovingly cared for and treated with great respect whilst providing all care and medical needs due to the excellent team. In addition the environment and activities have given a completely new side to her life, as have the friendships
with other residents, everyone cares about each other which is quite beautiful. I also get lots of support which is lovely at often difficult times, thank you.

My dad was only in Allesley Hall for 6 days before he died. We had selected Allesley Hall and insisted to social services that he was discharged here due to him being attacked at a previous nursing home. We are so pleased that we did. In his final few days, he was treated with respect, kindness and
dignity. We feel that he had a peaceful death, which he deserved after the traumatic time he had. Thank you, Allesley Hall - you were amazing.

This nursing/care home is wonderful, Everyone was so lovely to my dad and all of us family/friends who visitited. My Mum has been happy living at Allesley Hall over the past year.
It's a place that is run with care and kindness enabling me as family to know she is safe and happy. Staff will regularly phone to update me on things or will speak to me when I regularly visit.
They are definitely a home that has
a kind and open ethos with the opportunity to visit when ever you want and staff make a point to get to know residents families too, so they can ensure they are always meeting the residents needs.
There are regular meetings for residents to have a say on things within the home and meetings held for relatives to stay updated on news within the home.

My wife has been a resident at allesley hall for 4 yrs now, and as person of a younger aged this environment was a new experience on all levels. The care received from staff and management has been first rate this includes advice with the minefield of the care system .

The facility is clean, welcoming and offers a good variety of activities. The care is first rate. All the staff have been very helpful and friendly. The manager is a great Manager, caring and approachable. The social organizer does his job well and is a happy, sociable fellow. The food is good and the

My elderly mother decided to move into Allesley Hall in November 2023. It is in a beautiful park setting with its own attractive grounds. The location is good for family and friends to visit, by car, bus or by walking.
My mum enjoys joining in with the weekly activities when possible. She looks forward
to this weekly programme to help her plan her days.
Impressive contributions from the staff include accompanying my mum to Hospital appointments, and taking her for walks in the grounds. Allesley Hall is a genuinely good facility led by a gifted Management team, who are ably supported by all their tallented and caring staff.

I cannot speak highly enough about the care for my sister, as she had a stroke two years ago and needs round-the-clock care. In addition, the staff always have time for our family. When we visit if we inform them we will be visiting they will have our sister out of her bed and into a chair which is

I am struggling to find words which sufficiently reflect my gratitude to Allesley Hall for the level of professionalism, love and care shown towards my sister. Every member of the team works tirelessly to ensure her needs are met with kindness and compassion. She is always treated with dignity and as
an individual, with staff engaging directly with her despite her inability to engage or respond. Her health needs are complex, which are understood by everyone who cares for her and they respond swiftly to any changes in her health, keeping her family updated at every stage. The way the home is managed and the professionalism of every member of staff means that I have confidence my sister is safe and surrounded by care and kindness - who could ask for more.
