My partner settled very quickly on his arrival at King's Court Care Home, to the point he seems happy, as much as he can be with his ongoing health issues. I find all the carers and management team to be very friendly, always ready to help with any fears that I have.

I wish to say a big thank you to the whole team at King's Court Home (KCH) who care for my mother, Danuska. They create a homely atmosphere which helps my mum feel relaxedd and, in her own way, happy. Staff know what she likes, they support her achieve it even though there is a very limited level of
communication with her. My mother loves food in the KCH made by the Italian chef and drinks milkshakes, which helps with her nutrition, intake and was arranged by the management because they recognised her needs and acted on it. I also appreciate the support which they provide to me, because it is very difficult for me to deal with my mother's declining health. I am very grateful for all that they do!
Reply from Alex Angelov, Manager at King's CourtThank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience with us.
We are truly grateful for your feedback and delighted to hear that your mother, Danuska, feels comfortable and supported at King's Court Home. Creating a warm, homely environment where our residents feel valued, safe, and happy is at the heart of everything we do.
It is wonderful to know that our team has been able to understand your mother's individual preferences and needs, despite the communication challenges she faces. We are especially pleased that the nutritional support, including her favourite milkshakes and meals prepared by our chef, has had a positive impact on her wellbeing.
We also appreciate your recognition of the support we provide to families. We understand how difficult it can be to see a loved one's health decline, and we are committed to supporting both our residents and their families every step of the way.
Your kind comments will be shared with the entire team.

Mum has been a resident at Beechwood Place for 3 months after a friend highly recommended it . During this time I would also highly recommend. I cannot fault any of the staff they are all without exception friendly, happy & caring. Mum has made some new friends & is extremely happy. She has been on
some outings ,which was not
possible when she was at home due to mobility issues, which she has really enjoyed.
So if it was possible I would give more than 5 Stars.

Although my husband was only resident for a few months his care was exemplary. Owing to his health problems he had to be admitted to hospital several times and Amanda, the manager, helped us get him back to their care chasing the hospital even on her days off. As a family we will be forever grateful
to her and her staff. He sadly died during his last hospital admission and even after his death their kindness continued. I would have no hesitation in recommending Priory Park to care for your loved ones.

Excellent care given by an outstanding team of staff led by an amazing manager. My mum is very happy here and has been for over 5 years. Sadly the previous owner had not decorated for a long time so Mum's room is one of the few rooms that has not yet been updated but it is clean with an en-suite and
a lovely view of the garden. I would thoroughly recommend this small, friendly, caring home.

The care my mother has received at Rosedale has been exemplary. Everything has been done to help my mother be as well as she can, and as settled as she can, and as stimulated and engaged as possible. The home is well managed and my mother is treated with care, kindness and compassion by a dedicated
team. I feel well informed and updated by the care home manager and staff. The home is also very active in ensuring timely assessments from the wider community multi-disciplinary team. Rosedale is well-staffed with regular interactive sessions. Mum is also enjoying her food again.

Dear Staff at St Joseph's Convent Nursing Home,

On behalf of our entire family, I would like to express our deepest gratitude for the care, compassion, and dignity you showed our dad Brian

From the very beginning, it was clear that he was in kind and capable hands. Your patience, warmth, and

genuine concern for his wellbeing never went unnoticed. You treated him not just as a resident, but as a person-with respect, understanding, and humanity-and that meant more to us than words can fully express.

We are especially thankful for the small, everyday acts of kindness that made his days brighter, as well as the reassurance you gave to us as a family during difficult times. Knowing he was safe, comfortable, and cared for brought us great peace.

Your work is not easy, but it is incredibly important, and we are truly grateful for everything you have done. You made a lasting difference in his life and in ours.

With heartfelt thanks,

Vicky, tracy & family

Reply from Julie Atkinson, Manager at St Joseph's Convent Nursing Home

Thank you for taking the time to write such lovely and heartfelt words, at this very difficult time. It really does make a difference to all the staff when we receive such a positive and grateful thank you. It was our pleasure to take of Dad(Brian) and thank you for choosing us to do that. Can I also say thank you on behalf of all the staff for the card and very delicious cakes that you baked for us.

Kind regards Julie
