We were really pleased with the care on all levels given to my father. In addition when he passed away the care assistance and helpfulness of the staff held a great deal during the sad days that have followed.
Gold star all the way round!!

All the staff are lovely with both of my parents. My dad needed to go in at short notice due to my mum being in hospital and the care received was amazing. It was a very upsetting time for me and my dad because I didn't think that I was ever going to have to put my dad in a home. All the staff; in
the offices, nursing staff, care staff, kitchen staff and the people who cleaned all the laundry were and still are amazing. I can't thank them all enough for the help and reassurance they gave me. My mum is now in Beechwood too, due to her mobility and it is so nice knowing my parents are together and being well looked after 24/7. My mum tells me all the time how lovely everyone is and that she really loves it there. My dad has Parkinson's and Dementia and has a few bad days. They carers are great with him. I am so happy I chose Beechwood for my parents.
Reply from Jessica Middleton, Manager at Beechwood PlaceThankyou for taking the time to leave such a lovely review. We are so happy we could keep them both living together and glad they feel settled with us.

My husband transferred to Nightingales from another local care home. I worried that he may find it difficult to settle in and to be honest I was apprehensive for myself. My worries were unfounded as we were made so welcome by all the staff, carers and admin alike. My husband soon settled in and is now
much happier. My grandson summed it up when he told me that it felt just like home.
Reply from Carole Harrison, Home Manager at Nightingales Nursing HomeThank you so much for the review, I will ensure that your review is shared with the team. I am glad that your husband feels at home at Nightingales.

My mum suffers from advanced Alzheimer's disease and in February 2025 she moved to Nightingales, from a care home that was not providing the care she needed. My mum has complex behaviour and medical needs which require a lot of intervention. The staff who look after for mum are caring, compassionate,
understanding and show great empathy. The support I have received in respect of my mum's care has been second to none especially when having to deal with the complexities of the many different organisations of the Health and Care sector.
My mum is still very mobile and enjoys being outside, so weather permitting she goes on supervised walk which is really beneficial to her health and well being.
The home has regular activities and entertainment which the residents enjoy.
I am kept fully up to date about any health or other issues and I also have access to the detailed observation notes.
I have regularly witnessed the care the staff provide for the residents and the fun they share.
Reply from Carole Harrison, Home Manager at Nightingales Nursing HomeThank you so much for your kind words. It is nice to know that you feel safe leaving your mum in our care and how well the staff look after her with compassion and understanding. Your feedback will be shared with the whole team-they will really appreciate it. Kind regards

I love the fact that my uncle thinks of Nightingales Nursing Home as his home. He is so settled there, which is amazing given his reluctance to move from his happy home. It is a pleasure to visit him, he is always happy, well looked after and well kept, while keeping his individual style. The staffing
levels are amazing, as are the staff. The staff are always welcoming and know their clients, nothing is too much trouble for them, even when it's a time consuming task. The staff ensure everyone's nutritional needs and fluid intake are met. There is always a hot or cold drink and cake available in between meals (which my uncle loves). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the home to anyone, the decor maybe a little outdated but the care is excellent.
Reply from Carole Harrison, Home Manager at Nightingales Nursing HomeThank you so much for your kind words. We're truly pleased to hear that your uncle felt happy, respected, and well cared for. It means a lot to know you felt reassured during your visit and that you feel reassured that your uncle is well care for. Your feedback will be shared with the whole team-they will really appreciate it. We are currently completing a refurbishment plan and any feedback is welcomed. Kind regards

I cannot say enough about Orchard Manor. After a lot of worry about my mum, who was unsafe at home, I was relieved and felt she was safe and well taken care of when she moved into Orchard Manor. The GP and nursing staff kept us informed of her care plan, medication and any changes in health and treatments.
More
than this, the end of life care was excellent. The staff treated mum with kindness and dignity. They checked on her regularly, made sure she was clean, well positioned and comfortable including throughout the night. I was able to stay with her throughout the last few days even overnight, and staff were so kind to me and my brother and made sure we were alright too.
All the staff clearly had both competence and the right values and really cared about their residents. I am very grateful for all they did for mum and our family
Reply from Michelle Haspey, Home Manager at Orchard Manor Care HomeThank you so much for taking the time to share such kind and thoughtful feedback about your mum's care at Orchard Manor. We are truly grateful for your words and are pleased to hear that you felt reassured that your mum was safe, well cared for and treated with kindness and dignity. It means a great deal to the whole team to know that the support provided to your mum, and to you and your family, brought comfort during such an emotional and difficult time. Providing compassionate, respectful and person-centred end of life care is incredibly important to us, and your feedback will be shared with the nursing and care teams, who will be very touched by your comments. It was a privilege to care for your mum, and we send our sincere condolences and very best wishes to you and your family.

My mum who had primary progressive MS had a very very pleasant experience at Allesley Hall.  When she entered the hall, she was bed bound and we had no hope that she would leave her bedroom. Within 6 weeks , the excellent ( and all the team are excellent) workers managed to get her downstairs into
the communal areas.  Their attention to detail was amazing and I could not wish for a better location for my mum for her last years
The team are very flexible in visiting hours and also considerate when you are visiting to allow quality time to be held with family. Very accommodating of young children. The grounds are lovely & peaceful and a great option to push Mum round (set within a park to explore if you have young children to keep them and your loved one entertained.
Mum passed away at Allesley hall and we could not have wished for a better place for her be. Quite simply fantastic and mum had a very positive time there . Amazing place
Reply from David Ogunleye, Director at Allesley HallHi Christian, thanks for the amazing feedback. It means a lot, especially as your mum was with us for a long period of time so you are the perfect person to assess the hard work that the team put in to provide compassionate care for the residents. We sincerely hope you and the family are doing well. If you ever want to pop by or take part in some of the activities as a volunteer, you're more than welcome to.

The reason I came into Elvaston Lodge Care Home from the hospital was because I've been very poorly with health issues, as I couldn't look after myself anymore. I came in here on 23rd Feb 2026 where I feel safe, I'm having 24 hour care, the carers and staff are absolutely brilliant. Anything I want
I just have to press a buzzer, and they come straight away to change my pad and bed.

My mum has been at Priory Park for best part of 4 years. I have NEVER smelt urine. I use the stairs at least 2 times a week. Never had a problem AT ALL..
Amanda and her team look after my mum as if she were family. She is well fed and watered by the brilliant care staff.
There is a GP very close
by and i believe they regularly visit the patients at PP.
My mother has complex needs and is cared for tremendously well.
Would highly recommend.
If I could give 6 stars I glady would! A

My wife has Alzheimer's and, before coming to Priory Park she was in another care home which was unable to fully meet her needs. In particular there had been difficulties with her sleep pattern and surrounding behaviour which had resulted in my wife often sleeping in a recliner or armchair in a common
area rather than in her room. Also, she often displayed aggressive and challenging behaviour, in addition to which, due to severely impaired hearing and poor eyesight, communication was often extremely difficult, affecting all aspects of her care.
Due to the skills, knowledge, understanding, patience and compassion of the staff at Priory Park, there was a marked improvement in my wife's sleeping pattern, behaviour and general well-being within a matter of months This has continued over the two years that she has been there.
My wife's willingness and/or ability to meaningfully engage in organised activities at the home is limited but her interactions with staff are generally good.

My family and I highly recommend Priory Park Care Home. We have found management extremely well-informed, thoughtful and experienced in their care of dementia residents. Very efficient, caring, friendly and supportive with good communication when appropriate.
The staff interaction with the residents
together with all the various activities is supportive, friendly and compassionate. They all go 'the extra mile' to make residents as happy and content as possible. I know this all makes a huge difference to the quality of my husband's life.
