Weget up to a lot of activities lodes to do. The food is very good and the rooms are comfortable.

The sip and paint evening was a lovely activity that residents and relatives collectively joined in with. Lots of spectacular paintings were created. The home has recently helped mum as much as they can to become more mobile. The doctor comes to visit every week to address health issues. Mum enjoys having her hair done with Sarah the hairdresser.

I honestly can't speak highly enough of the care my nan receives here. From the moment you walk through the door, there is such a warm, welcoming and positive atmosphere. The staff are incredibly attentive to Nan's individual needs. What means so much to our family is that they genuinely take the time to get to know Nan. We especially love when families are invited to join in. I would particularly like to mention Tariq. He gives Nan her medication, but his care goes far beyond that. He takes the time to talk to her, listens patiently and treats her with genuine warmth and respect. He also makes our whole family feel so welcome, which means more to us than he probably realises. That warmth is evident throughout the whole team. Every member of staff we meet is friendly, approachable and welcoming. From what we observe when visiting, the same kindness, patience and commitment are shown not only to Nan but to all the residents. Thank you to you all

My husband has been in Ashfield House for a number of years and our family have only gratitude for the way he has been looked after. He has had amazing care through good moments and bad. The home, staff, food etc are all top quality. We can only say thankyou for looking after him so well.

Mum has been at Ashfield House for 2 years now and has been well looked after. The staff here treat the residents with respect and dignity at all times. We are always made to feel welcome as visitors. There are lots of activities during each week to aid with physical and mental health of the residents and facilities available for families to get together with residents for special occasions.

Excellent care, lots of lovely activities for residents and families, staff are always very friendly, supportive and helpful. It is clear the staff care deeply about the people they are working with and want to provide memorable experiences for them.

Very pleased with the care my mum has received, especially during a time when she was very unwell. Care staff are very good, especially Tariq, Usma and Bryn. Very considerate to family members too, and keeping us updated with any health concerns. Mum is looking forward to the good weather and going in to the garden in the summer.

This was the first home offered for my dad and initially we wanted somewhere closer to home, but the service has received over the few years the little extra miles has been so worth it.

Ashfield House is a very good place for my mum. She is able to socialise and take part (in her own way). Her safety and comfort is being catered for by experienced and capable staff.

Mum's home is clean and tidy. Staff are very competent, kind, caring and friendly. Very supportive of residents family. Keeping family informed of changes to their residents, i.e. change in medication, doctor visiting, well being. The home feels like a home from home place to be. Management, care staff, cooks, cleaners, handy man, all work together as a team, so very well that it makes the home such a happy environment to live and be in.

A very good resource and currently it's meeting my sisters emotional and physical needs. The staff (observations) suggest they are considerate and care about my sisters wellbeing.

Overall happy for my friend.

All our family feel very lucky that my mother got into this home, it's a breath of fresh air compared to other care/nursing homes.

Although he was keen to return to the familiar surroundings of his own home this in no way detracts from the standard of care he received here.

She has settled into Ashfield well and while she is sometimes emotionally stressed, this is now her permanent home, so it's very important to the family that she is as happy as possible and looked after by caring helpers. That is certainly the care at Ashfield. The staff are amazingly good, the room and facilities are excellent and there is so much organised for the residents. We were so very fortunate to have settled on Ashfield, it is really an outstanding care home. Thanks and congratulations to all staff.
