Ashfield House aims to be a home from home for residents and supports them to continue doing familiar things such as hobbies or pastimes they did before they arrived.

The amount of bad publicity that care homes have been getting lately. When mum was moved from hospital to Keresley Wood Care Home, we have been pleasantly surprised the amount of care she has had here from management, nurses, cleaners and cooking staff and of course brilliant care staff. Anything we
have asked has been dealt with fairly and quickly and we would recommend Keresley Wood Care Home to anybody. I also think the management staff should be there all the time in case of any problems.

Since the new manager and assistant manager have come here the place seems to have lifted. The staff have changed so much, they smile when you see them. They look more enthusiastic about their work.
My uncle wanted to move a few months ago before things changed. We would like to say a very big thank
you to the management and carers for all the help and understanding which you have shown my relative.
I don't think people say thank you enough to people who do jobs like you do.

All the rooms and bedrooms are nicely furnished and decorated. Staff are friendly and helpful. Could do with more food choices at lunch time.
Good grooming services are available if needed. Their evening times seem to end too early.
