The home is very welcoming to visitors, who have convenient parking access, while a large garden area is ideal for residents to relax in, together with a spacious and well-furnished interior.

Rooms are en-suite and many facilities have been set up for the convenience of service users, with assistance always on hand from a professional team of staff.

I am writing this in respect of my late mother who lived at The Willows, Darlaston, West Midlands.


Mom passed away on 17th June 2018, she was 93 years old. I just want to say she was looked after with impeccable care during the two and a half years that she lived at The Willows. This was especially

true in her last months, and in the last stages of dementia. All staff at all levels made us as a family feel welcome and included in all aspects of her care. She was always treated with affection and sensitivity, and her dignity was maintained to the last.


Can I just say a huge thank you to everyone at the home and to your organisation. As a family, we will never forget the kindness we have been shown.
