A lovely, clean and pleasant home. The staff, without exception, made my mother-in-law stay comfortable in a lovely, safe environment and treated her with kindness and compassion right up until the end of her life.

A good friend moved into the home after a long stay in hospital and was deemed as unsafe to be home alone.
My friend has been in the home since July 2021.
Brinley Manor has done a marvellous job with my good friend, over the last 8 months. She was very unwell when she first arrived, and her behaviour
could be very challenging. The staff have shown her great understanding, patience and empathy, and their focus has been and continues to be maintaining her dignity. The food is also excellent, as are the activities and entertainment.
The home is also very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The staff are always very welcoming. Admin works well and is customer-focused. All in all first-class, Keep it up.
I highly recommend the establishment.

My mother has advanced dementia. From my first contact with Brindley Manor, I felt reassured and confident that they could meet her needs. She is treated with respect and dignity. Every staff member is caring and professional. The staff looks after me too. I feel listened to. This home is excellent.

My mother is currently a resident at Brindley Manor Nursing Home having been transferred there when her previous home closed. From the moment she arrived her care has been wonderful. The staff have been incredibly caring and professional throughout and put my mind at ease. My mother has a beautiful
room and a lovely view out to the garden and she looks comfortable and relaxed. The administrative team are very friendly and helpful.

My Dad has sadly passed away, with his last few weeks being cared for by the most amazing team. Nothing was ever too much trouble, with Dad's best interests always being at the centre of all decisions. Somehow the team combined all the Covid safety restrictions with a warm and welcoming environment
for us as a family. We will be forever grateful that Dad was with the two of us at his actual passing. This was made very peaceful and personal as well as being a true privilege for us.

My mother is in a bed to assess. The staff are very friendly and kind to her. One particular carer goes over and above to help her which we very much appreciate. Any requests we may have are always dealt with swiftly. The only thing I would feel happier about is given my mother is in a vulnerable situation,
I would feel happier knowing there was CCTV or this outside and in the home...

Cleanliness is excellent. Personal care with care and dignity. Food out of this world! Staff all lovely and friendly, and willing to help. Nurses fully understand my medical needs and have pain relief fully under control.

Dad went in for two weeks of respite care (at short notice) and we couldn't be more pleased of the service we received and the treatment that dad had. Everyone we came into contact with was so invested in their respective jobs and genuinely interested in my dad. He loved his time their and isn't phased
by going back again today n a few weeks, in fact he is looking forward to it. Thank you to anyone who looked after my dad David (room 15)... you were all brilliant.

My mother has been a resident at Brindley Manor since November 2020, obviously, things were different, to begin with, due to Covid but the staff were very helpful during this difficult time since the change over of ownership. There has been maintenance work carried out and the new management always
make a point of asking if we are happy with the care facilities provided, also the appointment of an activities organiser has been a great asset.

Mum is in this home after a stroke. She is progressing well considering her age. The home is clean, the staff are very attentive, security and safety are good. The rooms are very nicely appointed with en-suite facilities. It is a safe caring environment for the elderly and less able. There are activities,
but mum is not able to really join in due to her condition.

My first experience with a nursing home and I couldn’t be more pleased!
Wonderful caring staff….excellent food..beautiful rooms in a beautiful building in a great location.
Management and staff are helpful and efficient, the home is immaculately clean and has a lovely atmosphere.
Would strongly recommend
it to anyone who has a family member requiring care.

My aunt always looks clean and tidy as does her room. She is clearly well looked after. The staff are very friendly and helpful and on one visit we were settled into the garden under the shade of a tree with a jug of water and glasses (plastic!). They are always prepared to go the extra mile. Thank
goodness it's a comfort.

A very good family friend is currently having 2 weeks of respite care with Brindley Manor. The care they provide is outstanding. They definitely go above and beyond for the individuals they look after. The meals that are supplied are great and consist of plenty of choices. Activities offer a wide selection
of variety so there’s something for everyone. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

My mother was brought in on an urgent respite in June. At the time she was very poorly and distressed after numerous hospital visits. I have seen first hand the increased comfort and relaxed state in her after some weeks of very detailed, compassionate care at Brindley Manor. The staff and nurses are

Staff at all levels are caring and sympathetic towards patients and relatives.
Covid rules are followed very strictly.
Reception staff know me by name and are always helpful when arranging my visits and facilitating the check-in procedure.

Mom was here for the whole of July, respite care. We found the home to have big open spaces and wide corridors. It looked like most of the furnishings were fairly new. Mom had a lovely big room. On the whole, the place looked spotless. I believe it has recently changed names and management. The Manager
was lovely and always available if we needed to speak with her. Another member of staff also was so helpful and very friendly nothing was too much trouble including listing to all my worries about having my mom in a care home. This was our 1st experience. The lead nurse was very efficient and I felt any medical problems were dealt with effectively I really felt like the staff cared about my mom and had her best interests. Visiting was easy as long as we were tested and wore PPE. Overall my mom seemed very happy with her care and her one and only complaint was a weak cup of tea so if that's her only worry in four weeks we knew Blindly Manor was a good and safe place to stay.

Jensy is the Registered Manager of Brindley Manor Nursing Home and is also a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of clinical experience. Previously she was the Deputy Manager of Grosvenor House Nursing Home which won care home.co.uk's prestigious award for Top 20 Best Nursing Home in the West Midlands for 5 years under her leadership.


Her experience and skills are essential to achieving our number 1 priority: that Brindley Manor Nursing Home is a place where we would want our own parents or grandparents to live. Jensy is passionate about providing high-quality care for our Residents and continually improving the services we offer.

Mariamma started at Brindley Manor Nursing Home as a Nurse then became the Clinical Lead and most recently we were delighted to announce her appointment as the Deputy Manager. She has a wealth of nursing experience and her calm and caring manner in addition to her leadership skills mean she is a key member of the Brindley Manor team. I enjoy my job. I like devising new dishes and menus. I get great satisfaction out of seeing our residents enjoy their food with lots of flavour, texture, etc. and introducing residents to dishes that they may not have tried before.


It's nice being part of a team where we all look out for each other. And can work whilst being able to laugh, which in turn makes Brindley Manor a more relaxed, happy and calm home for the residents.

Mel's official title is "Handyman" but he is in many ways so much more! Mel makes sure the home is safe and is on hand to fix any issues. Residents and family will also interact with him as he loves to help with adding touches to Resident rooms so they become more personal spaces and more like a home away from home. That could be pictured on the walls or fitting a new TV! He is wonderfully cheerful with a lovely sense of humour that the Residents and Staff all appreciate.
