Overall Experience

The staff at Rashwood are always kind and affectionate towards my mum. There is always a lovely atmosphere, and although it took a while, my mum now thinks of it as her home.

The entertainment is well planned and the food is excellent.

You can always approach the management and nothing seems too much trouble.

Overall Experience

My husband has been living at Rashwood Nursing Home for five years. He has always been treated with respect and they preserve his dignity. He was recently very ill and almost died. During all of this, the staff were really caring to my husband and especially to me. The care he receives is excellent. Staff are very friendly but professional at all times.

I would recommend them to anyone. Anyone who comes to Rashwood could not get better care anywhere else.

Excellent care from all aspects our wishes were respected and my mothers were taken into account on every level. The staff were always so friendly and caring, sadly my mother was too ill to participate in activities but the atmosphere is delightful. I would recommend Rashwood Care Home on every aspect.

Overall Experience

I feel very well looked after at Rashwood like a 5 star hotel. The care staff are warm and friendly and most of them are from the local area, as I am, so I feel amongst friends. The extensive grounds are beautiful and well kept and a great pleasure to walk around. Absolutely perfect! (and I should mention that a peacock guards the front entrance!)
