The staff at Beech House are friendly, professional and supportive. They are always willing to help and go the extra mile. The care is of high quality, the catering is good and the cleanliness is excellent. The carer manager is readily available and always acts on any points raised. During my mother's last days, the compassion, care and attention given was superb, both to her and her relatives.

Mother moved into Beech House after her previous one closed. We worried that such a big upheaval would upset her but she settled in quickly.
The care she received was very good and the continuity of staff which we think is important was very good. She was treated with dignity and kindness.
The food is also good with plenty of choice.
the home is always clean and welcoming.

We would highly recommend Beech House.

My mother was a resident at Beech House for about a month after being transferred from the local hospital for respite care. I found all staff very helpful and caring to my mother and our family visiting.
When we needed advice and support both the manager and deputy manager would always take the time to explain things and reassure us.

If the time comes when my mother should need to go into full-time residential care, then both she and our family would definitely consider Beech House and will recommend to anyone looking for residential care for a loved one.

I was invited to visit Beech House about six years ago. Since then I have visited with my Canine Concern Shetland Sheepdogs on a fortnightly basis. The management, staff and Activities Coordinator are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and bright. The residents are happy and well looked after in a beautiful rural surrounding. I would have no worries if one of my family was a resident.

Pleasant and caring home. Happy atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble. Management easy to approach and understanding as to my concerns regarding my husband and his past treatment. I am pleased to say that since his admission to Beech House, his condition has improved and he has all the care and treatment he needs.

I would like to comment on the staff and facilities at this care home. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff are polite and caring, always chatting to the residents and visitors. My mother who is not the easiest person to get on with says the people here are nice. My mum has a nice room overlooking the gardens and she can listen to the birds in the morning which she enjoys. I would totally recommend this care home.
