Jan has worked in elderly care for over 18 years. She specialises in dementia care and the effects this disease can have on people, including relatives and friends.

Ruth has worked in Elderly social care for over 16 years, she is a highly qualified Registered General Nurse, who has worked previously as a Unit Manager in a very busy 81-bed home and has recently been promoted to her current role here at Hillcrest Manor. She has a wealth of experience in many areas and presently looks after compliance and auditing, Nutrition and Hydration as well as Infection Control.
