What a lovely home for my mum, she has been looked after and cared for so well for over 2 years, all the staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble for them. You are all so amazing, I would recommend the Croft to everyone, they are just one big happy and loving family. Thank you all.

This is a fantastic care home, my mum has been in the home for the last 4 years after the difficult decision was made of having to find a home for her due to her failing health. From day one the staff from the manager down to the ladies who do the cleaning have been very friendly and nothing is too
much trouble for them. All the resident's needs are catered for, the home is very clean and the meals are freshly prepared and home cooked every day. Just before Christmas mum was not very well and confined to bed but the care and support and love she received from the staff was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble and they were always popping into mums room to check she was ok. I feel this care is the reason we still have mum and I would highly recommend the home to anyone who asks me.
I would like to say a big THANK YOU to all the staff for everything they do to ensure the residents are cared for and treated with respect.

As a family, we are very satisfied with the care that mum receives at this home. Her needs are met and she is extremely happy here.
If we have any concerns we only have to contact the manager or the senior on duty and the concern is quickly sorted. We get regular meetings and whenever we visit are
made to feel extremely welcome.
They do lots of lovely activities and take the time to find out what each resident is interested in.
The staff are lovely and The Croft feels very homely.

All staff at Croft Care Home go above and beyond to provide excellent care to all of their residents. All individual needs are catered for by the friendly and very caring staff. It has a very homely atmosphere and visitors are always made to feel welcome at whatever time they choose to visit their loved
ones. It is very clean and the meals provided are excellent - home cooked from scratch and very varied. Well done to everyone at Croft Care Home, you are doing a brilliant job - Thank you!
