My mum has been at Westcroft for over 6 years and during this time the positive changes in mum have been amazing
The staff are so caring and the care she receives is 5 star she enjoys taking part in the many activities the home has to offer something she'd never do before
Food was something mum struggled with before the home now there's always a clean plate as she really enjoys every meal which are absolutely delicious

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Westcroft as I feel mum has flourished since having to move there

I find that the Westcroft Nursing Home offers all sorts of benefits for my mother and all the other residents. Every meal there is always a lot of choice, and there is always drinks going round. There is always something going on inside the home to engage my mother (and all the other residents). I have found ALL the staff caring and willing to go further to help my mother (and all the other residents).

The management and staff at Westcroft are very pleasant and friendly when I visit. My relative is well cared for and staff always try to include her in activities. The home is clean and tidy and the food looks very good. There are always plenty of staff on duty. My relative has lived at the home for a few years now and she is very well looked after.

My brother has been a patient at Westcroft for 3 years,he has multiple issues including dementia, the manager, care staff and nurses can't do enough to ensure his wellbeing including bringing outside professionals in to oversee any emotional support he may require, they also include me in any decisions that are made, everyone who works there are so friendly and all management are approachable with any concerns I may have, it truly is a home from home environment and I can't praise it enough.

My mum has been at Westcroft for 4 years and I cannot fault it one bit. The care she receives is fantastic. All of the staff are really friendly and always take time to talk to me whenever I visit. The range of activities that is offered to the residents is excellent and tailored to individual needs. When I first visited the home to look round I knew that mum would be well cared for and happy and I was not wrong. Everyone at Westcroft is dedicated to giving the residents the best life possible. I will always be grateful for the care that mum receives on a daily basis.

The family are extremely grateful for our mother's care and wellbeing at Westcroft Nursing home. She is very well cared for and encouraged during some difficult situations. Mum has settled very well. She needs to be eating and drinking much better, which for us and herself is a bonus. All staff are really wonderful people. The home has a happy environment, warm and clean. We all think very highly of and would recommend the home.

My Mum has been a resident at Westcroft for over two years, and although I can't visit as much as I would like to, each time I go I see the great care she gets: the home is always tidy; the food looks good; the Carers are very friendly and welcoming. But what I really like and enjoy is seeing the regular picture updates on their social media page and the activities residents and my Mum enjoy. (Incidentally I'm a Carer in a Care Home.)

The staff are all so lovely and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents. There are activities set up by staff most days, a weekly therapy dog who visits and outside entertainment which all improve the quality of life for residents. My nan and my grandad are currently at this care home and both are happier and healthier than they were at home which shows how much care they receive.

Both my parents live here and the care they receive is exceptional. They are treated with dignity and respect at all times. The staff are all friendly, professional and so very caring. The wellbeing of all residents is of upmost importance, and the staff cater well for everyone. The home is kept clean and residents meals are well prepared and appetising. The home is full of lots of fun , with a full weekly schedule of activities, and outside trips organised.

Lovely home, really lovely staff and a homely atmosphere. Food is varied and very good. An amazing range of activities, great social media page which shows all the activities that the staff do with the residents - and very good informative bi-monthly newsletter. I spend a lot of time there with my mum and visiting Westcroft is a pleasure. Communication is very good and everything is open and above board. I thank God for Westcroft and all their staff and for the many people who recommended the home to us.

My dad went into Westcroft after not eating for 10 days and only sipping water. He's started to eat and drink and really coming out of his self, he's been in a hospital bed for over 2 months and after a week in Westcroft with excellent care and attention, he was out in the communal area yesterday. I couldn't believe my eyes, what a fabulous achievement of care. Thanks to Westcroft staff he's eating again and drinking, it's a miracle. So happy and looking forward to his ongoing recovery, thank you.

All staff are very welcoming at all times. Able to get mum into a routine of personal care, which I was unable to do. Mum seems settled and happy. Very happy with the outcome. A big thank you to all. It was a hard decision to send mum to respite, but feel really confident with the home.
