Grace arrived at Saintbridge House as a rather agitated + stressed 102 yr old but within a few days she was calmer + beginning to settle. Grace received outstanding care + support + we were very grateful. Thankyou to everyone at Saintbridge House

The best care home in Leicestershire. Probably in a much wider area. My partner visited most of the care homes in the county as part of her nursing role and we were determined that mum would be homed here.

Always keep me well informed on my uncle 's wellbeing and also always concerned for my wellbeing after a difficult few months personally.

The home activities are many and varied and give me piece of mind that my mum is being well cared for as I travel out of the country and this removes a huge worry for me.

Saintbridge House is an excellent Care Home. It is always clean and welcoming. The management and staff are dedicated, professional and kind. The standard of care is outstanding. Dad has been there four years and is very happy. He is well cared for by staff and has a good relationship with them. The daily activities, such as art, games and puzzles are brilliant and great for the residents to join in. There is much hard work and dedication put into organising events during the year such as an Easter Egg Hunt, Summer Fayre, Bonfire Night and Christmas Pantomime. Families are made to feel welcome at all times. The weekly entertainment is super and gives opportunities for residents to join in with singing and actions. The residents enjoy frequent trips out and regular visits from students attending the local school and from church ministers. There is very good communication on WhatsApp, posters and monthly newsletters. I highly recommend Saintbridge House - an amazing Care Home.

Mum spent 16 months in The Willows and passed away in Aug 2026.

The Willows team are exceptional, all of the staff go the extra mile and genuinely really do care about the residents.

Mum was happy there because she was cared for she was listened to, she was treated with dignity and respect.

I cannot thank the nursing staff the care team and the lovely receptionist for making mum's last 16 months of her life the best that it could be in the circumstances.

The end of life care was exceptional and they also supported us as a family during the last few weeks to help prepare us.

All the team are lovely & look after mum really well. Great activities & trips out as well as physio/exercises 3 times a week. Good food and a lovely personal feel as soon as you walk in. Any issues/ concerns are dealt with straight away & I cannot fault the care mum has. Very glad we chose Saintbridge house for mum.

We have been using Brook House for 11 years now for respite care during our mothers dementia journey, just once or twice a year to begin with, gradually increasing to one week every month now as her care requirements have increased. This has enabled us to keep her mainly at home with her family. However she now has a second home and family at Brook House where she is cared for with love and professionalism. Not only that the staff are always there to offer us a warm welcome, support and a kind word too. We feel very lucky to have found Brook House Care Home

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Westcroft as I feel mum has flourished since having to move there

I find that the Westcroft Nursing Home offers all sorts of benefits for my mother and all the other residents. Every meal there is always a lot of choice, and there is always drinks going round. There is always something going on inside the home to engage my mother (and all the other residents). I have found ALL the staff caring and willing to go further to help my mother (and all the other residents).

The management and staff at Westcroft are very pleasant and friendly when I visit. My relative is well cared for and staff always try to include her in activities. The home is clean and tidy and the food looks very good. There are always plenty of staff on duty. My relative has lived at the home for a few years now and she is very well looked after.

My brother has been a patient at Westcroft for 3 years,he has multiple issues including dementia, the manager, care staff and nurses can't do enough to ensure his wellbeing including bringing outside professionals in to oversee any emotional support he may require, they also include me in any decisions that are made, everyone who works there are so friendly and all management are approachable with any concerns I may have, it truly is a home from home environment and I can't praise it enough.

The Brook House crew are expert, patient and provide excellent care for Mum who suffers with mixed dementia, the staff attend to Mums physical and emotional needs with care and compassion, she's in a safe environment, they always have time to put the kettle on when we visit . The home has a great housekeeping and maintenance team, every time we visit the home, it's clean, clothes laundered, gardens and building are well maintained. The food is good and varied, they regularly have plenty of activities and outings.

My Mum was a resident of Brook House for almost 3 years and I couldn't have wished for a better place for her to be looked after. Brook House has a wonderful homely feel and is staffed by people who genuinely care about the residents and I'm thankful that Mum spent her final years there, being loved by a remarkable team who go above and beyond to ensure that residents get the best possible individual care.

My husband who has Parkinsons disease has had 2 lots of respite care at The Heathers. The first for two weeks and the second for four weeks. He was exceptionally well looked after. Staff were warm friendly, enthusiastic and took time to attend to all his needs. I felt confident that he was in good hands and he particularly enjoyed the activities especially the personal trainer who came in weekly to offer group sessions. Knowing he was well looked after I was able to relax and recuperate. My husband has said he would be happy to return.

Our experience as resident and family have been very positive. It is such a huge change in my sisters life after living in her home with carers support. We have with permission decorated her room to feel as homely as possible. All staff are approachable, friendly and go above and beyond to meet my sisters needs which are complex. We as family have been welcomed always offered refreshments and food at mealtimes. A nice touch to share a meal with your relative. Activities are difficult but activity team offer one to one sessions.
