My partner was with you from January 22nd 2025 until his very sad death on 19th August 2025. I was very happy with his care whilst with you. He was treated with courtesy and respect and treated as an individual. Sadly he was not very responsive by the time he came to you but enjoyed trips out and interaction
when he was able to. Activities were varied and endlessly cheerful! End of life care despite happening shockingly quickly was respectful and efficient. My family was well looked after during the days we sat with him until he died especially the night staff on duty that week. Despite my never wanting to take my partner away from home it proved to be the safest and least traumatic move of his last year. I wish he had come to you earlier and not been in less conducive accommodation for four months before but that was not in my control sadly. Thank you for your care and consideration for all of us.

My elderly friend was struggling with her mobility and whilst she thought she could do things for herself, it was obvious that she needed looking after and a bit more support. Aneesh came to visit her and it was agreed that she could move into The Heathers within a couple of days. Whilst my friend
could be a little difficult and was in a very low mood, she soon realised the wonderful staff were so kind in looking after her and she definitely became more interested in life going on around her. She was able to choose from the menu what she wanted on a daily basis and the food always looked very tasty. She didn't complain about any of it!
During my visits I observed the staff were very professional and supportive and the home had a nice relaxed feel about it when I went for a daily visit. Whilst my friend spent only a couple of months there before she passed away, I knew she was safe and very well looked after 24 hours a day. I would certainly recommend The Heathers to others.

I can't speak highly enough of this care home. The staff are kind, caring, and treat all residents with genuine respect and compassion. The food is always very good, with a great choice available at every meal. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the whole home is always spotlessly clean. The
activities team are excellent, keeping residents busy and engaged with a wide variety of activities each week - from crafts and games to "Mind Song," bingo, and gentle keep fit sessions. There's always something for everyone to enjoy. Management are friendly, approachable, and always available to support families, which makes what can be a very difficult time much easier. They also treat my dad, who visits my mum daily, with warmth and respect, welcoming him to activities and making him feel included. This kindness has really helped him cope with Mum not being at home. We're so grateful to everyone at the home for the care, respect, and compassion they show every day.

I visited several homes before deciding on The Heathers for my father. It has a warm, homely feel the the place and all the staff are lovely. Communication between the home and myself is excellent so I always know what is happening with medication and generally wellbeing. The food is also excellent!

My Mum has been a resident at Westcroft for over two years, and although I can't visit as much as I would like to, each time I go I see the great care she gets: the home is always tidy; the food looks good; the Carers are very friendly and welcoming. But what I really like and enjoy is seeing the regular
picture updates on their social media page and the activities residents and my Mum enjoy. (Incidentally I'm a Carer in a Care Home.)

As a friend, attorney for health and welfare and next of kin to Ivan, an 89 year old resident of the Willows Care Home, I gladly recommend this care home and thought it excellent.
Ivan went into respite care at the home after struggling living alone with dementia, a brain tumour and two other forms
of cancer. The staff and management at the Willows were warm, welcoming, caring, professional and kind. They dealt well with his initial troubles adjusting to the change and he was soon happily calling the place home.
Ivan's condition was deteriorating before him entering the home, but he stabilised well and was always dealt with kindly, professionally and efficiently as more medical needs arose. we were always kept informed of any health concerns and visiting the home a couple of times a week allowed me to see the great staff and their care.
Ivan passed away in the home in August 2025. Again the staff were excellent in their care for him during this time and so kind to us as well.

Choosing a new home for your loved one is not an easy decision, however it was one that was made in agreement with grandad to ensure his safety was prioritised. The compassion, care, kindness, patience & inclusivity is second to none. While anxious & apprehensive, grandad was welcomed into your home as
one of the family, thus you became part of ours It's refreshing to walk in to an environment in which you are openly welcomed by both staff & residents. It's evident the Brook House team are dedicated to person-centred care, promoting & encouraging independence through regular activities, frequent outings, singalongs, pet therapy, games and more. Each & every one of you have taken the time to connect with grandad, whether it be having a conversation about his passion in cars or allowing him to get stuck into the gardening! I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for ensuring grandad is happy, safe, well fed & watered, smartly presented & comfortable. We're privileged to be part of the BH family

The staff are all so lovely and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents. There are activities set up by staff most days, a weekly therapy dog who visits and outside entertainment which all improve the quality of life for residents. My nan and my grandad are currently at this care home and
both are happier and healthier than they were at home which shows how much care they receive.

My mum was admitted to the willows January 2020 for respite following hosp admission. She ended up being there for five and a half years.
She took a while to settle there, but the staff were so kind, caring, thoughtful, helped her in anyway they could to settle into the willows, Covid was a testing
time for all, but they organised social distances so people could see family and friends , as well as video calls.
After a while she settled , and got to know the staff well, and had her favourites, and even told the chef what she wanted to eat
She kept the staff amused telling them all the things she did in the 2nd world war.
When l first visited the home, l am a retired nurse, l had high standards, and the willows ticked all the boxes.
The care, compassion, the empathy and respect they showed everyone was above and beyond what was required.
As l live 80 miles away, l depended on them so much to look after my mum, and they did
I will be eternally grateful to everyone

From the day we brought my Grandmother to the home, we experienced the best service. Saintbridge House has a lovely family feel to it, and my Grandmother was very much made to feel a part of the family from day one. The staff members that I interacted with on my visits, made me feel very welcome and
were always friendly. Despite language differences, she was able to build some lovely friendships with the staff, because of the way they looked after her. The home itself and rooms are fantastic and provided her with a clean and safe environment. Her room became a home away from home. It was great to hear about the activities that were organised for residents and I enjoyed seeing the updates on the Facebook page. These activities were not something that all homes offered, so it definitely made Saintbridge stand out.I want to thank the staff at the home for the love, care and respect that they provided to my Grandmother whilst she was there. We could not have asked for any more from you.

Mum has been at Brook House for one year now and we could not be happier. It was a difficult decision to move Mum to residential care, but not only is she safe and well looked after, she is really enjoying the company of the staff and other residents. A lot of thought goes into ensuring there are interesting
activities and trips but it is the overall ambience of the home and the staff who are so welcoming and cheerful that makes Brook House so special.
