Our experience as resident and family have been very positive. It is such a huge change in my sisters life after living in her home with carers support. We have with permission decorated her room to feel as homely as possible. All staff are approachable, friendly and go above and beyond to meet my sisters
needs which are complex. We as family have been welcomed always offered refreshments and food at mealtimes. A nice touch to share a meal with your relative. Activities are difficult but activity team offer one to one sessions.

My father was a resident for 13 months until his passing. The care received was exemplary and the team were always kind and empathetic.
There is a varied range of activities and the food was always appetizing.
Dad's room was bright and airy with a lovely aspect and he was very comfortable.
I looked
at 5 homes and there was no other that appealed.
I would highly recommend Saintbridge House.

My mother feels very safe and happy in her words "everyone is very gentle with me and the food is very tasty". I am impressed with the care provided and also the entertainment to keep the residents stimulated. I never looked at any other care home as a friend has her mother there and only has good things
to say about the home.

Saintbridge care home is a lovely place to visit. The staff are very friendly and well mannered and always so willing to help the residents. The atmosphere is always so happy and positive. We love coming to visit and play games with residents.

My husband was a resident in Saintbridge for 2 years until his death. He was very happy there, he had a beautiful room with a good outlook, and a lovely garden to enjoy. I visited him 4 or 5 times a week and spent many hours there on each occasion and was made very welcome partaking in many of the activities
or outings that took place every day for the residents. Every effort is made to keep them amused and involved. I was able to witness and appreciate the dedication, kindness and professionalism of the staff, no matter what challenges came their way. It is a very friendly environment, a true home, and I know that should I need Care myself in future this is the place where I would choose to be.

From the moment I contacted Saintbridge House Care Home seeking care and rehabilitation for my partner, after a serious illness, I received nothing but kindness.
The Assistant Manager and Manager pulled out all stops to meet and assess my partner's needs and he was admitted within 24 hours. They could
ot have been more helpful and friendly, which was welcome in what was an extremely stressful and difficult time.
Kindness, respect and consideration were shown to us both throughout his two month stay. The carers, of which there are many, and other staff were all friendly, kind, helpful and, above all, cheerful - which is a credit to them working in what can be a difficult and sad environment. Nothing was too much trouble and the rooms and public areas were always spotless clean.
If either of us need care in the future we would not hesitate to get back in touch with Saintbridge House.

Dad has been in the Saintbridge House care home for nearly 4 years and we could not be happier with the care he receives. Dad is really well looked after by all the carers who spend time to check on dads wellbeing on a regular basis. There are lots of events put on by the entertainment team which give
residents plenty of chance to join in. Any questions we have on behalf of dad are always answered in a professional manner.

My brother has been a permanent resident of saintbridge house since August 2023, during which time he has been treated with great kindness and consideration. It is not easy caring for someone with dementia and they have shown great patience. The staff have always involved me in any changes they wish
to make to my brothers care and wellbeing.
Saintbridge house is well maintained with beautiful gardens and there are many activities arranged to stimulate and interest the residents. Being cared for in a secure and comfortable environment has taken the pressure of my wife and myself.

From the day we brought my Grandmother to the home, we experienced the best service. Saintbridge House has a lovely family feel to it, and my Grandmother was very much made to feel a part of the family from day one. The staff members that I interacted with on my visits, made me feel very welcome and
were always friendly. Despite language differences, she was able to build some lovely friendships with the staff, because of the way they looked after her. The home itself and rooms are fantastic and provided her with a clean and safe environment. Her room became a home away from home. It was great to hear about the activities that were organised for residents and I enjoyed seeing the updates on the Facebook page. These activities were not something that all homes offered, so it definitely made Saintbridge stand out.I want to thank the staff at the home for the love, care and respect that they provided to my Grandmother whilst she was there. We could not have asked for any more from you.

The feeling Saintbridge gives you is that of a family.
When visiting I was always made welcome and given all the help and support I needed.
Mum was always treated with kindness and respect.
The quality of the activities and entertainment was excellent and all the residents that could were encouraged
to take part.
I would recommend Saintbridge House unreservedly.

My father-in-law has mixed dementia. He was moved from a Psychiatric ward to Saintbridge, the move was seamless. All Staff are warm, welcoming, friendly, approachable, professional, respectful, conscientious and hardworking. They work together as a well led cohesive team. All staff are valued and respected.
I am particularly touched by the respect they have for residents, ensuring each of them can maintain their own level of self-respect. Daily enriching activities provided are outstanding. Many opportunities for us to join in if we wish. The social media page and group chat enable me to see all the fun and keep in touch with what is going on. All this is supported by a fabulous food menu and daily care routine. There is a large garden, well maintained with different areas to walk around and explore as well as relax in. I am overwhelmed by the care provided and cannot thank all the staff enough for making it such a special place for my father-in-law to live in, I now feel at ease and happy.

My husband stayed at Saintbridge House from July 2023 until December 2023 when he was then admitted back into hospital. He was really well looked after by all the staff during his stay there. They were all extremely kind, caring and friendly to my husband, myself and our friends who visited him. There
was always a happy atmosphere there. We couldn't fault it at all. We are looking forward to being able to return to the home to see everybody, once he is well enough to do so!

We rang not knowing what to do as Mum was in hospital and wanted to get out as quickly as possible. Straight away the team were very caring and helpful and Mum was out of the hospital quickly to her benefit. And with their support, Mum recovered a lot faster and was soon home with Dad. Would always

I would like to say a very big thank you to all at Saintbridge who cared for my mother over the last two and a half years. I really appreciate the care that was shown to Mum by all of the staff - each and every one of them were fantastic with her. Also what a fantastic job one staff member in particular
does, myself and all the family loved seeing the photos put on social media of Mum having a lovely time, joining in with activities and going out for lunch or day’s out to the seaside. Also she was there giving the family support in the last few hours of Mum’s life. At some point in the near future I will be in touch with you about putting a Memorial bench in your garden so that other residents can sit and enjoy the lovely flowers and garden as she did.
