She enjoys the very large screen downstairs and can read the words displayed and sing Christian choruses. She also enjoys the simple games played with staff always in charge!

My mother was received at Bromshill, after a period of 6 week assessment, spent not meeting her needs in isolation, most of the time! Admission to Bromshill, compasion. kindness. caring + very homely. All Staff Nurses/Residents so friendly + kind + reassuring too, open house policy in place, residents allowed in all area's no isolation!! inclusive care to everyone

My husband Paul is not coherent as he has Alzheimers. However the service and carers are excellent. The overall standards are excellent.

Tony is well cared for and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

My husband is a resident due to his complex medical needs. All staff have been exemplary in meeting his medical needs and his care needs. They provide individualised care whilst maintaining dignity and respect. Not only do they care for my husband they treat relatives with the same respect. I have daily updates regarding his condition which is very much appreciated and shows they encompass the needs of all. At one point my husband required extra care, this was escalated very quickly and was very positive for my husband's condition.

My husband who has been resident for two and a half years has received superb care and is always treated with dignity.

My elderly neighbour, who has no family, needed care after years of independence. I visited many places but none greeted us with the warmth and sense of family as Bromson Hill. The period building with original features and huge windows resembles his home which made him relax. The staff are truly leading with their hearts and work so hard to keep him safe, occupied and content. Could not recommend more highly.

What an amazing team of kind caring staff not only do they look after my mum they are so loving and caring towards my dad who knows his wife is being cared for. Maricor and Emerson you have taken so much pressure off of our family as we live so far away and we love you like family.

My mother has been in Bromson Hill Care Home for nearly two weeks. The care is excellent. You can feel the compassion when you walk through the door. The leadership is excellent and reflected in the staff in their attitude, openness and care. Residents are treated with respect and dignity. Staff know residents' history - what they did for a living, their interests etc. They offer whatever food someone may want - sometimes getting lots of different things to encourage residents in eating. Overall, an excellent facility. People smile.

Residents are always encouraged to participate in activities, alone or in groups. Residents are nutritiously fed, their needs are always attended to, e.g. hygiene, health.

It's a beautiful property, not modern but the general age of residents don't necessarily want modern.

My sister-in-law enjoyed her recent respite stay at Bromson Hill and really appreciated the birthday party organised for her. The staff were very caring and friendly. She has said she is happy to return to stay there again.

As with all older properties, there is work to be done but there appears to be a maintenance plan in hand.

My dad had a stroke last December after a long stay in the hospital and assessment home and was eventually transferred to Bromson Hill just over three weeks ago. Since arriving, the staff have been so welcoming and kind and cannot do enough for Dad and our family when visiting. Although Dad is immobile and bedridden, the staff will always help Dad into his special wheelchair daily and actively encourage him to join the other residents in activities or simply to wheel him outside for some fresh air. Bromson Hill is a happy home, the staff are always smiling and interacting with the residents, regularly singing and dancing with them. Dad is frequently checked with repositioning when in bed and turns for his comfort. He is assisted with all his needs of daily living, including assistance to eat and drink. As a family, we are very pleased with Bromson Hill and grateful for the patience, assistance and care they provide to Dad.

The wonderful staff at Bromson Hill took great care of my Auntie, so much so that she has only recently died, just short of her 102nd birthday. As a family, we have been reassured that safe hands were looking after her so well. We had a delightful tea to celebrate her 100th birthday and two members of staff came to her Thanksgiving service which meant a lot to us. We had a lovely tour of the home afterward and were very impressed, particularly with the staff. The outside of the home has had a lick of paint too! Thank you so much - you do an amazing job, often unrecognized.
