Our parents have been very well cared for at Clifton Court Care Home. All the team are very friendly, kind and caring, nothing is too much trouble. The manager has guided us through some difficult times. We will be forever grateful for her caring and supportive approach. We would highly recommend Clifton Court.

The Clifton Court Nursing Home has taken such care since the day my mum was admitted from hospital. She was very poorly when she first arrived and has made leaps and bounds over the ten months she has been a resident. The nursing staff and carers have devoted themselves to my mum and their relationship has been at the heart of her care and happiness which has added to her progress. Thank you all! Especially the ma\nager!

My mum has not been at Clifton Court, Rugby for very long, 3 months. When she arrived her behaviour was very challenging but the staff there were excellent in the way they looked after my mum. They were very kind and things went at my mum's pace. She has settled a bit now but some days are still difficult and I have to say from what I have seen the staff have been great. It is early days but so far I am pleased with the care my mum is receiving.

From the moment he arrived, my father felt welcomed and wanted, all the staff, and I do mean all the staff, were so friendly, helpful and so kind-hearted. The rooms are big with their own bathroom, beautiful views, clean and today, tv, amazing place. The food is also amazing. 100% recommend this home, amazing.

Review from Geoff B (Son-in-law of Resident) published on 6 August 2021 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
Every time we make a visit to our relative we always observe how the staff take care of the residents, the way they talk to them, often having a laugh and a joke with them and also the way that they deal with their personal needs, and we always leave with a very good impression on the high level of care given by the staff. The general internal appearance of the home is very good (tidiness and hygiene) as well as the appearance of the staff. Regular discussions with the management either on-site or by email are always welcomed.
On leaving after every visit we find we have no obvious concerns with anything at the home and convey our feelings to the rest of the family.

Would like to offer our thanks to all the staff concerned, not only for our relative but for all the others at the home for all their dedication in what must be very challenging times.

The manager is excellent. She puts our family at ease knowing our relative is well looked after.
Due to his condition and Covid, the staff are his family now and he doesn't know us at all.
We are so very grateful.

He is always well dressed and clean as is his room.

My experience at Clifton Court is extremely positive. All the staff are very friendly and caring people, with great communication with either Covid updates or anything that is happening at the care home. A lovely place very clean and tidy with lovely gardens.

I have found the staff and manager to be very professional, friendly and approachable. They are very caring, and many carers go the extra mile. The home has improved greatly since the last inspection, and I feel it isn’t an accurate assessment of the current situation. The food and hygiene are very good too.

Review from Vi (Sister of Resident) published on 21 March 2019 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
My sister has been cared for by Clifton Court for the last six months and I cannot fault them in any way.
When she first entered she was unhappy but within a few weeks, she settled in which was down to the care and understanding of her needs by the management and staff. She was totally dependent on them for all her care and they supplied that with sensitivity and compassion (also humour). Every single member of the staff was helpful, cheerful and extremely hard working.
As a family, we were made welcome, always offered refreshments, also lunch and dinner if we wanted it.
The cleanliness was outstanding and the food lovely, nothing was too much trouble and we could go at any time of the day or night.

So thank you for the excellent care which my sister received.
