Mum has been a resident at The Elms for almost 6 years now. She has had a very difficult time with her health and can sometimes be very challenging to look after. The staff are, without exception, very Kind, compassionate and caring with mum. They are also very supportive of me and my family and
go the extra mile to help mum and keep her comfortable. The home is clean and well staffed and the food served is of good quality and nutritious. Mum is very settled and happy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this excellent care home.

My Grandad is very happy at The Elms. He is very well looked after. He enjoys the home cooking and the care he receives from all the staff is excellent.
If anything arises they are quick to get the issue investigated and resolved as quickly as possible by medical professionals. The communication is
excellent the manager keeps me informed and updates me regularly. He recently said to the manager "thank you very much, I am very happy and are well looked after". It is a wonderful home and would highly recommend.

A group of 6 people visiting a friend who had just become a resident, we were welcomed by very helpful staff. They found a room for us all to meet privately and even gave us drinks. The staff were courteous and caring for our friend and us, facilitating one of our group who was a wheelchair user. Our
friend expressed how happy she is. The home was pleasant, clean and the added art works made a pleasing environment which our friend obviously enjoyed.

The Elms is a wonderful home from home, with a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. The staff are well-trained, showing the utmost kindness, care and consideration for the residents. The manager is very approachable, hands-on and maintains the high standards. All delicious meals are home cooked and
tailored to individual needs and tastes with a good choice on the menu. I know that my parent is in the best hands.

Dad's birthday was the best ever. HE grinned all afternoon like a Cheshire Cat that definately had the cream. After lunch entertainment was provided by a lovely singer doing post war songs kept everybodies spirits up till a fabulous birthday cake appeared. After a bit of a sign song out popped a couple
of special constables who always make a fuss of dad to help with the cake. Some of dad's friends also joined him along with myself. A great say for a grand old man. Many thanks, grand do!

My Dad has been a resident at Woodville House for over 3 years. During that time his care has been excellent. Dad always remarks on how good the food is and how good the staff treat him.
A big thank you to the entire team. You have gone above and beyond our expectations.
As a family we can relax
in the knowledge that Dad is in safe hands.

My dad was admitted for what turned out to be end-of-life care. I cannot praise the carers and staff enough for their love, care, support and attention to detail. It really did feel like we were surrounded by an extended family. We were all made very welcome, and the staff helped to facilitate a peaceful
end of Dad's life surrounded by family and love. I have been a nurse for 40 years, and I can't fault the care of my dad in any way. Nothing was too much for them. They made an extremely hard time bearable, and I will always reflect on this with a smile. Thanks to the manager and your lovely staff.

Our journey with Woodville started July 2023, when we had to make the difficult decision to place my mother-in-law into the care of Woodville. It was and still is the best decision we made for her and she agrees also. I cannot say enough about the care Mom receives from the staff. Because we do not
live in the area, they always keep us informed about how she is doing, we receive pictures of some of the many activities that they have going on and I have even joined in. Mom celebrated her 101st Birthday in October, the staff arranged a wonderful Birthday celebration for her, she even had a visit with "Elvis" and 2 local community police officers and The Mayor of Rugby dropped in. Thank you to ALL staff, for taking such good care of Mom and for making Woodville not just a house but a home for her.

Sadly, having experienced or been involved with more than one care and or nursing home recently, I have seen the good, the okay and the bad. Clifton Court is certainly one of the best ones I have experienced. It's clean, it's warm, it's in good condition and the food is proper, freshly prepared and
a good quality. Looking after people like my mother who needed 24-hour full nursing care is challenging for anyone and I can honestly say that every single person here did their best to accommodate her needs. Always friendly, always warm and caring. There were challenging times, but I can honestly say that the quality of care, the nursing and the management, was from the heart.

I could not wish for a better care home for mum. Friendly, caring staff and always a familiar face. It was a big step for mum going into a home but she was made to feel so welcome on arrival. I was sure I had made the right decision about her care and after two years, this has proved to be so.
The
management is excellent, any queries or concerns I have are always addressed promptly. Mum is cared for as an individual and although often reluctant to join in with activities, she is given encouragement but never forced to take part.
This is a happy, homely, very well run care home and I am so glad to have found it for mum.

To the caring staff at Summerhill;
We visited our friend on the 27th of Dec 2024 who sadly had suffered a serious incident on the 24th. But made a remarkable recovery due we are sure to impeccable care. Whilst his memory is affected. His speech eyesight and sense of humour are in no way impaired. He
looked ten years younger than when he was admitted initially for respite in December 2023. Well fed, clean, tidy, and very much enjoying his new life in Summerhill. Long may it continue.

The Chimneys Care Home management is excellent. It's well-ran and hands-on. It has a lovely, friendly atmosphere and staff are welcoming. The care is excellent and they are respectful to the residents. They have activities and singing which is very good. My husband needs a special diet, which is well-managed
and food is brilliant. They try to make the same food as the other residents, so he feels the same as everyone else. Housekeeping is great, it's kept really clean, washing is lovely and clean and ironed. It's lovely, can't praise them enough.

Well - where to start! The Chimneys is a fabulous place! Mum loves it there and we call the staff her second family - all so kind, caring and friendly - nothing too much trouble and they treat the residents like family. The food is fantastic and the entertainment outstanding. They also look after visitors
and made a lovely cake for Dad's 94th birthday - so lovely!

As stated in previous correspondence, The Chimneys is a fine organisation. I recently attended a visitors' meeting which confirmed my view of the details concerning the ratings. The issue of value for money I have ticked based on comments from relatives. Christmas party staged today went off well. I
appreciate all that is done and consider myself friends with all who are at The Chimneys.
