Please note that the above fees are only guidelines.

Our fees vary as they are tailored to reflect the type of accommodation and level of care required. Our home in Kineton has 3 different types of bedrooms and the cost starts from £900.00 to £1000.00 per week in a shared room and £1,450.00 to £1,500.00 for a private room. Large single rooms with space for a lounge area range from £1,550.00 to £1,650.00 week. Rates are finalised once an assessment of the resident's needs has been completed.

Once a resident has been admitted to the nursing home our Nurses complete a Continuing Healthcare / Funded Nursing Care Checklist. (Consent will be required by either the resident themselves or by their next of kin)

Should a resident become eligible for Continuing Healthcare this means the cost of their stay will be fully funded by the NHS.

Funded Nursing Care is an amount of money that is paid by the Government if a resident is deemed to require nursing care (as opposed to residential). Should a resident become eligible for Funded Nursing Care whilst at Kineton Manor, the nursing home keeps this money in addition to the fees, as our fees are structured to take account of this possibility.

My husband has lived at Kineton for 17 months. His care has been excellent. Any concerns are dealt with with a good outcome.

Slightly concerned if my husband is left in bed all day. I realise this is necessary when his condition is not good but I have had to point this out on occasions.

Reply from Jenny Price, Administrator at Kineton Manor Nursing Home

We always want to do the best for our residents which at times requires bed rest - especially for the very frail, elderly people.

Our main priority is the welfare of the residents.

My friend was recently admitted. Everything we have requested and more has been done to help make her feel at home. She has been able to take her own furniture and books all of which are important to her.

My father is a resident at Kineton Manor, having been lucky enough to fill a vacancy in recent weeks. We are absolutely thrilled with the care dad is receiving. Dad suffers with advanced dementia and requires around the clock care. The staff are very kind, capable, caring, knowledgeable and show a great deal of respect to all residents - one is particularly good, as is another whose constant energy and dedication can go unnoticed but is really appreciated. A very well managed and dedicated team, who deserve lots of praise.

I find the staff approachable and understand each residents specific/individual needs.
The staff are also the same with very little change.
This suggests to me that the staff are happy working together.
It also means that there is a consistency in the care offered.

I would be happy if my mother or father were residents here.

Mum has been a resident at Kineton Manor for the last fifteen months, despite unfortunately loosing dad during this period, Mum has had a great deal of support and care from the staff at Kineton Manor. Mum looks at most of the carers there as her friends and her needs are well catered for in a professional and very sympathetic way.

As relatives we found we are welcome at any time, and as a son I thank the Lord that there are places like Kineton Manor with lots of caring staff that treat residents as individuals and lavish respect and love on them.
