Our fees vary as they are tailored to reflect the type of accommodation and level of care required. Our home in Kineton has 3 different types of bedrooms and the cost starts from £900.00 to £1000.00 per week in a shared room and £1,450.00 to £1,500.00 for a private room. Large single rooms with space for a lounge area range from £1,550.00 to £1,650.00 week. Rates are finalised once an assessment of the resident's needs has been completed.

Once a resident has been admitted to the nursing home our Nurses complete a Continuing Healthcare / Funded Nursing Care Checklist. (Consent will be required by either the resident themselves or by their next of kin)

Funded Nursing Care is an amount of money that is paid by the Government if a resident is deemed to require nursing care (as opposed to residential). Should a resident become eligible for Funded Nursing Care whilst at Kineton Manor, the nursing home keeps this money in addition to the fees, as our fees are structured to take account of this possibility.

Working as I do in the funeral industry, I witness first hand a great many nursing and care homes; Kineton Manor remaining to my mind one of the most excellent and outstanding. Although full when I initially approached them about securing a place for my ailing mother, they did not hesitate to create an additional interim room for her. From her first day there until her last, their care of her was conscientious and unfailing and their attention to her needs was faultless. The staff afforded my late mother a respect and dignity, in her final years, that I would have struggled to find elsewhere.

I remain forever indebted to the manager and her staff and would not hesitate to recommend the elegant, welcoming atmosphere of Kineton Manor to anyone seeking such a reassuring, conscientious ethos.

Our mother was only at Kineton Manor for a month and in those most difficult times, she was looked after with care, compassion and respect in every way. The standard of nursing was outstanding as was the care and concern for our well being that they provided in her final days. All the staff were professional in every way and a friendly, greeting always made us feel welcome. Ground floor rooms with patio doors onto carefully maintained gardens or courtyards give residents something to look at. Our mother was particularly fond of gardening, birds and animals and it was lovely for her to have the resident cat greeting her making Kineton Manor have a very homely atmosphere.

I have found the staff at this home extremely helpful and very willing to do things for my husband.

It is a difficult time with all the COVID restrictions but the have done their best to overcome these and make it as comfortable as they can within the rules. We are kept outwith the building therefore it is impossible to describe the facilities but what I have seen has been excellent.

My mother has been a resident for close to three years and I could not have wished for a better home for her at the end of her life. Kindness, compassion, considerateness and love is shown consistently. Communication has been good throughout lockdown and the care that has been given, especially when Mum was seriously ill, has been excellent. I have always been made to feel welcome and 'part of the team', consulted on changes and included in decisions.
The place is full of homely touches, fresh flowers and plants, nicknacks and books, so it doesn't feel like an institution, and it certainly doesn't smell like one!

All of the staff are wonderful, and some are most definitely angels. The little things, like the in house hairdresser and regular manicures, have helped Mum maintain pride in her appearance. It is a happy, loving place and I would most heartily recommend it.

I have had two relatives in Kineton Manor at different times over the last 7 years. My aunt for 3yrs from 2013 and my mother for the last 20 months. At all times I have found the staff and management to be kind, considerate, and approachable. The Home has always appeared clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Until the Covid restrictions, I would never make an appointment but visited a number of times each week and always found the same high standard. And the home always smells pleasant!

During the ten years my sister was at Kineton she was well looked after. At times her health would deteriorate quickly, on each occasion the staff were quick to react to the situation. They always kept me informed. She passed away recently. All the staff looked after her as if she was one of their family. l will always be grateful for that.

My mother resided at Kineton Manor for 5 years, during which time she always received a high level of professional care, combined with respect and friendship. As a family, we were always included in any decisions as to her overall care. All the staff were always cheerful and welcoming and particularly as my mother's life drew to a close they gave immense loving compassion.

My father was only in the Kineton Manor for 3-weeks, but they were his final 3-weeks. All of the staff we encountered were excellent. They were compassionate, professional and sensitive. We could not have wished for a better place for my father to be. Every aspect of his and our needs were met at an extremely difficult time. The team and space made what was a painful time into a serene, relaxed and valuable journey. Thank you all; there is nothing that could have been improved.

Kineton Manor is an outstanding care home in every way. My mother has been a resident here for 3 years and I have never needed to make a complaint or found anything lacking. I am sure that my mother would not be alive if she had not been cared for so well. If I request something, it is done either immediately or as soon as practically possible. My mother is now end of life and I am confident that when the end comes, she will receive the best possible care. All the staff are excellent.

When I visit with my brother my mother always looks well turned out. She is usually happy and enjoys the food, talking with staff and joining in with activities. If there are any problems staff are always willing to help. We have the freedom to take our mother out in the garden in a wheelchair in nice weather. I always feel confident she is being looked after very well.

My father was at Kineton Manor from June to October 2017 after mobility problems and an Alzheimer's diagnosis meant he could no longer remain in his house.
We were very satisfied that he was well looked after by friendly, caring, permanent staff in a beautiful but homely environment.
In his last few weeks, he was treated with dignity and love - we couldn't have asked for more.

Even people who had bad previous care home experiences that visited him had their minds put at ease about our decision.

Kineton Manor Nursing Home makes residency for the older frail and retired residents home from home. They provide a holistic approach to the individual and their family members. Nothing is too much trouble. All the staff attend to each resident with love and always in a person-centred way. Lots of reassurance, activities, opportunities and friendships fill my mums day. Our family are delighted with the care mum has received over the last four years. Such role models for the nursing industry to aspire to.

Kineton Manor provides an exceptionally high standard of care. My father has been in the home for over a year and in fact, I feel his physical health has improved, together with being mentally stimulated by daily activities and entertainment.

Staff are thoughtful and kind in administering care and are lead by a diligent and professional team of nurses. The home management is of the highest level, being responsive to residents and relatives requests.

Staff extremely supportive of residents and relatives. Staff turnover seems very low, so staff and residents have a good understanding. The management team is efficient and friendly.

The facilities are excellent. The home is clean, airy and well laid out. Residents who are capable are taken out on trips, bedridden residents have activities taken to them. Residents have a large degree of choice for how they take meals, what they do with their time etc, within their own capacity.
