Feel that my husband has been cared for with compassion and integrity at all times. All the staff seem to go about their work with only the resident's interests and needs to the fore. They always seem cheerful with smiles for everyone and are a credit to the whole team involved.
On behalf of the Owner, I would like to thank you for your review.
She loves to talk on most occasions but everyone ensures that she is hydrated and all her needs are catered for.
I am always made to feel welcome, would highly recommend the care home.
On behalf of the owner, I would like to thank you for your review. Much appreciated.
All the staff are extremely attentive to my mum's (and everyone else's) needs. There are a myriad of activities in the afternoons keeping the residents occupied and active. Still impressed by the variety of equipment required to cater for various residents' needs. And the food still gets highly rated by my mum! Overall, very good.

All of the staff are kind, friendly and thoughtful and the nurses and carers are very quick to spot potential medical issues before they can become a problem.

Very welcoming, cheerful, warm and caring staff. Our visits have always encouraged us that my sister is getting outstanding care.
Manager.
My husband has nothing but praise for the excellent plentiful food and there is tea and coffee on tap for all. His care and safety have never been in doubt. Our thanks and appreciation go to every member of staff for ensuring his stay has been as comfortable as possible.
Excellent staff and top quality care. My auntie felt safe and staff responded to her bell promptly. Manager is quick to answer and resolve all queries. Great location, very clean environment,I would Recommend the home.
Wonderful home, can't praise it highly enough. All aspect of care carried out with respect, patience and great compassion.
This care home was just perfect in every way. I highly recommend it to family and friends.
I write this review following the passing of my partner in November 2022 at Royal Leamington Spa Nursing Home. Throughout his stay, he was cared for by a team of angels who treated him with dignity, and respect, making sure all his care needs were met and they supported me along the way.
My first review was written in the summer of 2022 when my partner's health suddenly deteriorated in September/October 2022, this amazing team of angels provided outstanding end-of-life care showing love and compassion to him. Words cannot describe the support they all gave to me at this difficult time. I remained at the home and stayed with my partner for the last 10 days of his life.
This is a home full of smiles and laughter and an amazing team that works there were all outstanding. My partner and I could not have been cared for anywhere better with genuine warmth, and friendliness shown towards both of us and love shown. The standard from day one to the last day never changed, nothing was too much trouble for every single member of staff. I was truly blessed that he stayed here, it became his second home and I would have no hesitation in recommending the Royal Leamington for a loved one. I will never forget the "Angels". Thank you.
Thank you for making Christmas Day so special. A delicious three course lunch, friendly hard working staff and a happy family able to share a special day together. Thank you to all staff for all you do.
A massive thank you to the whole care and support team. Attentive focused and above all else caring. I genuinely believe that residents are treated in a manner as if carers were looking after their own family. Is there a better way than this? The leadership and management team have created a fantastic culture. Many thanks.
Fantastic home. My mum lives there and they look after her very well. 10/10.
The home is very clean and pleasant, in a grade 2 building with a lovely garden at the back. My Mother is treated with respect and loved by the carers, she is always clean and calm. Unfortunately, she spends most of the time in her room and I know the care home is now trying to organise some activities to do with her on a 1:1 basis. I love how the care home is always decorated with themes, such as the Jubilee, Halloween, and Diwali, it is very much of a multicultural environment and everyone is welcome.
Good, decent and happy environment. Residents seen are well dressed and appears happy. Will be happy to bring my mum here when the time comes.
Overall, a good nursing home. Do feel like, at times, there is a lack of communication between management. Sometimes at the weekend, the standard is not as good as during the week due to agency staff.

For 8 years and counting, my journey with Royal Leamington Spa Nursing Home has been marked by an unwavering dedication and a tenure with full support from the Owner, Mark Mendelson. He has been my backbone from day 1! My role is a privilege, a conduit to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others. With a career spanning over two decades within the realm of caring, I continue to approach each day with unwavering enthusiasm. Royal Leamington Spa Nursing Home holds a special place in my heart, a true embodiment of a welcoming abode.
My qualifications are as follows: Bachelor's in Adult General Nursing; Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Post Graduate Diploma in Education; District Nursing Degree, Master's Degree in Health Care Management and an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
As a seasoned and qualified nurse, my dedication to care has fostered a deep-rooted connection, and I derive immense satisfaction from hands-on interaction with our cherished residents.

Hi, my name is Brankica,
I’m the Care Manager at The Royal Leamington Spa Nursing Home. I have been working at the Royal Leamington Spa Nursing Home since 2018, after coming to England from Macedonia, where I was working as a nurse in a private polyclinic. I love to care, full of compassion, strength, passion, positivity and courageousness in all my work. I also love to help people and my staff at all times. For example, on my days off, I am always available to be contacted, and I support our carer staff. I have gained different experiences at The Royal Leamington Spa Nursing Home in all areas of care. For example, I not only deliver exceptional care to residents, but I also assist in the training and induction of new staff, so that they can achieve the high care standards required when working for the home.
I have gained the following qualifications since I started work at the Home. These qualifications have helped me to execute my role excellently. These are the Level 4 Advanced People Handling and Risk Assessment Key Trainer’s Certificate, Certificate in Conflict Management (CPD Online College), Certificate in Team Leading Level 2 (CPD Online College), and Certificate in Tracheostomy Care Awareness.
I am always trying to do better and level up in providing care for our residents. I am also one of the Homes' Infection Control Champions. Some of my daily work involves verbal or written supervision with carer staff, support, updating, teaching, training, and advice on residents' activities of daily living. My goal is to see content, positive and happy staff, residents, and families. I believe if all staff are happy, content and proud, our residents will be happier and content as well, including their families. I am happy to see our staff, residents and family happy.
My Motto is: - "SMILE ON THE DAY, AND IT WILL SMILE BACK TO YOU".
