Hi DB, On behalf of the Owner, I would like to thank you for your review and to address your concern. I have spoken to most of the staff who have not got English as their first language, all of them are willing and happy to be asked to explain further if their initial statement/question/answer and explanation is not understood. All of them are eager to improve on their accent.
We are very pleased as a family with the holistic care of our father. Staff are kind and cater to his needs well. They are kind and considerate to our mother who visits most days. The manager and staff are responsive to family requests. Such as significant anniveraries and recently parents 70th...
Dad enjoys the food and the high risk of choking dealt with well.
Dad always looks clean and well cared for in his own clothing and shaven. Dads personal preferences as tv on to watch world cup football matches met.
My only negative is the room size and access to see dad as a wheelchair user. I can not get in his room in my chair as door narrow and cant get beside bed either.
Hi Roslind, On behalf of the Owner, I would like to thank you for your review. I am sorry to read that due to your current mobility needs, you cannot access to see your father. I will look into transferring your father into a suitable room, if one becomes available for you to access.
My dad loves being here and calls it his home.

My Mum was (finally) diagnosed with MND on December 31st 2025. For almost 6 months, she was cared for at home by ourselves and 4x members of an excellent care company. Unfortunately, on 2nd June 2026, she developed a chest infection and was taken into Warwick Hospital where she spent the next 6 weeks due to additional complications relating to her illness. Finally, on Friday 17th July, she was released from hospital and was transferred to The Royal Leamington Spa Nursing Home. Instantly, upon meeting Joseph and his team, we knew that Mum would be looked after and cared for with kindness and dignity and this proved to be the case for the last week of her life. Her room was bright and clean and overlooked the wonderful small colourful garden at the rear of the building. All of the staff are friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble for them in terms of offering help and assistance to us. We just wish we could have got her there sooner - WONDERFUL PLACE & WODERFUL PEOPLE
Hello Anthony, On behalf of the Owner and staff, I will like to thank you for your review. Please accept our condolences and once again, thank you.

The Royal Leamington spa nursing home is friendly, clean and well run, The carers, nurses all staff treat the residents with dignity and respect. The activities staff go the extra mile especially for events like Christmas, Easter, residents birthdays + day to day activities. The food is good and can request particular likes + dislikes + they are happy to arrange different menus when requested. The cleaning + laundry staff make sure all is clean + tidy. The home is in an ideal place to take residents out so I take my mum out in her wheelchair to the park regularly. My mum has been here four years + we are very happy with this home.

I have lived here for over five years and the staffs have been consistently excellent. During recent improvements they have worked very hard to minimise the impact on residents day to day routines etc.

This review was completed by one of our residents who wears glasses but did not have her glasses with her on the time of filling the form. Therefore resident A L has since called and explained to the Review Team and has completed a new form which is yet to be published.
What impresses me most is how everyone - from care workers and nurses to management, activities, housekeeping, maintenance, and catering staff - treat residents as individuals. They understand what matters to each person and respond with genuine kindness and professionalism. The atmosphere is calm...
The medical care is outstanding. Staff are attentive to changes in condition, respond promptly to concerns, and communicate effectively with families. They regularly go above and beyond to support residents' well-being and happiness.
After three years, I still have complete confidence in the care my mother receives. She is very happy there and speaks warmly of the staff. I would recommend it to any family looking for a nursing home for a loved one.

The staff know my grandmother well and are very attentive to her needs and wishes. For example, when she unexpectedly asks to go for a walk with me, they get her ready in the wheelchair quickly even though it was not planned. They are also very welcoming to me and other visitors. My grandmother speaks highly of all the staff. My mother assures me that the management is as responsive and helpful as the rest of the team.
The care she has received has been consistently good throughout her time there. It means a lot to me to know that she is genuinely content there. The whole family is very happy and relieved with the care she receives. It gives us all real peace of mind.

Hi, my name is Brankica,
I’m the Care Manager at The Royal Leamington Spa Nursing Home. I have been working at the Royal Leamington Spa Nursing Home since 2018, after coming to England from Macedonia, where I was working as a nurse in a private polyclinic. I love to care, full of compassion, strength, passion, positivity and courageousness in all my work. I also love to help people and my staff at all times. For example, on my days off, I am always available to be contacted, and I support our carer staff. I have gained different experiences at The Royal Leamington Spa Nursing Home in all areas of care. For example, I not only deliver exceptional care to residents, but I also assist in the training and induction of new staff, so that they can achieve the high care standards required when working for the home.
I have gained the following qualifications since I started work at the Home. These qualifications have helped me to execute my role excellently. These are the Level 4 Advanced People Handling and Risk Assessment Key Trainer’s Certificate, Certificate in Conflict Management (CPD Online College), Certificate in Team Leading Level 2 (CPD Online College), and Certificate in Tracheostomy Care Awareness.
I am always trying to do better and level up in providing care for our residents. I am also one of the Homes' Infection Control Champions. Some of my daily work involves verbal or written supervision with carer staff, support, updating, teaching, training, and advice on residents' activities of daily living. My goal is to see content, positive and happy staff, residents, and families. I believe if all staff are happy, content and proud, our residents will be happier and content as well, including their families. I am happy to see our staff, residents and family happy.
My Motto is: - "SMILE ON THE DAY, AND IT WILL SMILE BACK TO YOU".
