Haddon House goes beyond and more for my mum and all their patients. The staff cannot do enough for all involved, come residents and families.
I cannot thank all involved for the excellent care they provide for my mum their skill and patience is second to none.
The activities are second to none,
always keeping the residents entertained every day, they are brilliant.
My mum is safe and their covid policy has been excellent can't thank them all enough.
Everyone at Haddon deserve a medal, I would definitely recommend this care home to all, and I always praise their excellent care.

My mum came to Haddon House after a long journey of disappointments, where care homes were unable to deal with the behaviours Mum had developed as a result of her Alzheimer's. The transition to yet another home was done with care and consideration to both of us. Mum has been at Haddon House for nearly
3 yrs now, she is settled and so am I. So often the anxieties of family members are dismissed, not in this case, they put me at ease and assured me Mum would not be asked to leave this home. All the staff show a good understanding of dementia and how to allow residents to live their best life. The staff have been amazing with Mum, sometimes in challenging circumstances. The manager shows so much empathy towards the residents and their family members. I would like to thank them all for all they have done and continue to do for Mum.

My mum has been a resident of Haddon House for 6 years. I looked around many homes before I found Haddon and it was such a relief when I did. The staff are kind and caring, they take the time to talk to residents and make them feel cared for, special and part of the family.
Family are always welcome
to visit in normal times but one member of staff has made sure I have been able to see my mum via regular FaceTime calls during all the lockdowns and I really appreciate that; it is such a comfort and reassurance to be able to see how Mum is when I can’t see her in person.
The activities team are fantastic and are always finding ways to entertain and enrich the residents' lives.
The food is fabulous and, as my mum has deteriorated due to her dementia, care has been taken to ensure that she can enjoy her meals just as much as before.
Haddon definitely enriches my mum’s quality of life and I would recommend it to anyone.
