We are always made to feel welcome when we visit. My only issue is with the commode being left in Mum's room she cannot get to it herself, so there is no point it being there all the time. It could be brought in when she needs it. She often feels unwell, so has her meals in her room. I would not...

The home is warm and welcoming. The staff are supportive and aim at keeping independence and are friendly towards the service user's even at their busy periods and remain polite. The staff and service user's always look groomed and cared for. The food always looks nice and fresh.
