My Mum needs 2 carers for all her needs due to a stroke. I think it would be nice if certain carers spent more time with the residents (for a chat etc). Generally speaking, the home is good but there is always room for improvement. Meals could be hotter. The variation is much better now menus are...

As with every job, some people are better at their job than others. We all have to accept that nowhere is like your own home.
