Overall Experience

I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone at South Wold for the care my mum receives. I’m sure it can be very difficult sometimes with my mum being bedridden and not able to do anything for herself, you always treat her with kindness, respect and dignity at all times, so thank you all so much.

Please continue doing everything you do, not just for my mum but all the other residents, you all do an amazing job.

Overall Experience

I am very impressed by the quality of care and personal attention that my mum receives from all the staff at South Wolds. The level of professionalism is excellent and the interactions and love that my mum receives is so comforting for us. My mum's face lights up every time she sees the staff, and especially

the manager, who makes every effort to keep her happy, comfortable and feeling part of the South Wolds family.
They go to great lengths to integrate my mum into all the regular activities, events and celebrations. It is an absolute joy to see my mum sing along with all the entertainers, I'm sent constant videos of her. It has a real community feel, I so admire the staff, they are so caring and loving.
Mum's behaviour is challenging with her declining health, the staff are very accepting of her, meeting her needs with consistent care and attention.
They make every effort to recognise her strengths and potential, seeing exactly what makes her tick. Thank you.

Overall Experience

My sister has been in South Wold since two days before the first lockdown. The management and staff have done their utmost to keep the residents safe and Covid free; all of the family are so proud and thankful that this is one of the very few homes that have had no cases of Covid 19, and we would like

to thank them all.
Our first visit to see our sister was on Sunday, and it was absolutely lovely; we sat in the garden and laughed in the sun. My sister is treated with care, professionalism and kindness, and nothing is too much trouble.
Thank you for looking after her so well; we know she is happy with you.
