The best decision I ever made was moving my dad to this wonderful care home. The staff are wonderful, caring, patient and compassionate. They always keep me informed. The food is great and my dad has gained weight and looks much healthier. Would recommend this home to everyone.

This is my second stay at Barchester Chacombe Park Beaumont. The staff, as before, have been kind, willing to help and friendly.
I am disabled and have recently suffered a fall which caused a bleed on the brain. Therefore, I haven't taken part in any activities, I just needed a rest, as did my daughter
who cares for me at home.

A warm welcome on my first visit and on returning a clock - lovely lady. Staff are always attentive and caring to Mum, most importantly, but also friendly to all of us, her daughters.
Her room downstairs was small but the furniture was very tired which was the only letdown. Mum noticed the poor condition
of the furniture and felt she was in a 'cheap suite', her words. Clearly did not impact her care for which we were all very thankful.

I was referred to Barchester Chacombe Park Beaumont by the hospital after a half-hip replacement and spent two weeks in care at Chacombe. All staff were exceptional in the care provided. THe physiotherapists were particularly helpful.
My only reserve would be on the food quality.

Very welcoming and pleasant. Mum went into an NHS hub bed after a stay in hospital and was really unsure of going there, but everyone was friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the recliner chair in the room hadn't been cleaned properly this led to distress, we reported this but were unable to get it
cleaned very quickly. So we brought a throw-in from home to cover it up.
Other than this, the room was lovely and Mum made it home. The carers were very pleasant and helpful and Mum was encouraged to join in activities, making new friendships. I joined in with the exercise classes, which the residents seemed to enjoy.

The resident is very comfortable here and feels that all his needs are met. He eats well as the food is varied and tasty.

I am a qualified registered nurse and was very privileged to have gained experience in OUH NHS Trust hospitals, Ramsay hospital, and various nursing homes. I have been working for Barchester Healthcare since 2018, initially as a Unit Manager and later on as a Deputy Manager at Chacombe Park before taking the General Manager role at Oxford Beaumont care home in Oxford.


I am delighted to have returned to Chacombe Park and lead this beautiful home, and committed to ensuring Chacombe Park provides an outstanding lifestyle, great support, and personalised care for our residents. I am passionate to deliver the best quality care to our residents at Chacombe Park and promoting a welcoming, homely and caring environment at this wonderful home.

Hello, my name is Delighta and I'm the Deputy Manager at Chacombe Park care home.


I joined Barchester’s Chacombe Park in 2021, starting my journey as a Pre-Registered Nurse. Since then, I have worked as a Registered Nurse across all units before being promoted internally to my current role as Clinical Deputy Manager.


I completed my Nursing Degree in 2018 in India and began my career in the Emergency Department. I am also specialised in neuro and neurosurgical nursing. These experiences gave me a strong foundation in critical and emergency adult care, which continues to shape my clinical practice today.


Since joining Barchester, I have achieved my NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Adult Care, and I am proud to hold the role of Palliative and End-of-Life Care Champion. I am passionate about my work and committed to providing compassionate, person-centred care. I take great pride in getting to know each resident - their likes, dislikes, and unique stories - so I can help create a true home-from-home experience here at Chacombe Park.

Job Title: Home Administrator (Acting) Joined: 2021

Hi, I'm Katie, and I work within the administration team here at Chacombe Park.


I joined Barchester as a carer in 2021, having loved working with our residents and their families. The opportunity to become part of the admin team arose, and I jumped at the chance. Since being in the role, I have expanded my knowledge by completing an apprenticeship - Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 in 2024. I enjoy meeting new people and supporting all the visitors to our beautiful home. I am also a Barchester 'Speak Up' Champion, meaning I'm on hand to listen and take on any concerns anyone may have within the home.

Job Title: Head of Maintenance Joined: 2017

My name is Gareth and I am the Head of Maintenance here at Chacombe Park. It is my responsibility to make sure that all the routine checks are carried out and any issues that are raised are acted on and rectified.


As well as following our maintenance programme, part of my job is to ensure that everyday items, such as hoists and touchscreen devices, are repaired in a timely manner.

Hello, I’m Kim and I work within the activities team here at Chacombe Park. I started in 2017, initially as a Senior Care Assistant before moving into the life enrichment team as an Activities Assistant.


I have a Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care and love to spend time with our residents. Having the opportunity to improve their daily wellbeing and enrich their lives whilst in our care means everything to me.


Whether that be sitting with someone one on one providing a pamper session, or running a high energy activity session, each day is different and there is never a dull moment!

Nadine joined Chacombe Park in 2016, she started her career with Barchester as a carer and developed her skills through the year, before joining the administration team.


Nadine is now responsible for all administration and financial aspects relating to the running of Chacombe Park.

Hi, my name is Stephanie Hammond and I have been at Chacombe park for 4years. I came as a team leader and completed my level 3 adult lead care diploma. I have now recently been given the opportunity to take on the Head of Housekeeping. I am very happy here at Chacombe park and I'm always ready for any new challenges.
