  • Thank you for requesting a tour of Kara Healthcare! The team are looking forward to welcoming you. The tour will last around 30 minutes and can accommodate up to 4 people. They’ll take you through the care home, showing you the resident rooms, communal spaces, and the wonderful facilities. You’ll also meet some of the friendly team members and learn about the personalised care they provide. Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure they can start on time. They can’t wait to meet you, show you around, and answer any questions you may have!

This was my mum's home for five years. Whilst this environment is not a preferred one for our dear loved ones, my mum settled and felt at home very quickly. Thank you to all the staff (kitchen staff who baked an eggless cake, the housekeeping staff who took time to chat with Mum). During the challenging
times of the current pandemic, the family felt reassured that Mum was well cared for, phone call and video calls really helped. Unfortunately, mum passed away during May, we'll never forget Park House.

My Grandad was discharged from hospital into Park House Care Home duing the COVID-19 pandemic.
I was amazed with how much the care workers, Nurses and the registered manager did all they can to ensure my Grandad was comfortable before he sadly passed away.
The empathy and compassion that was shown
really blew me away, I would definitely recommend this care home.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the registered manager, the nurses, the care workers and the administrator, your job did not go unrecognised.

Staff are friendly, warm, and go beyond there duties to accommodate my dad who is a resident at Park House; I travel along way to see my dad. They are always warm and welcoming to me, and again very accommodating to my needs when I arrive! During this terrible time, they have taken covid-19 very seriously,
they have had no cases of the virus at the care home; this is due to their professional manner.

The highest praise of all the staff, from the manager down to the cleaners. Between them, they managed to keep my wife out of hospital for well over 12 months. The manager has worked hard to inspire her staff since she has been at Park House. All the staff are totally resident-focused and try very hard
to build up good relationships. It might be nice if one of the walls in the rooms had one focus wall with pastel colours.

Since mum came to Park House Care Home she has been very happy and settled. The staff are all wonderful and will do anything asked of them. Nothing is too much trouble. I can approach the staff or call and will always be reassured.

When we needed to find Mum a new care home while she recovered in hospital from a fall, we contacted Park House and so glad we did. We were made extremely welcome on our first visit and were given lots of information. When Mum moved in, she settled quickly and is well looked after. The staff are caring,
and handle Mum's Alzheimer's in a professional and respectful way. We are always kept up to date on any issues with Mum, both when we visit and on the phone.

Carers are very good. The food is excellent. Communication is good. The activity leader will involve my husband whenever he is well enough to join in the activities.
As a family member, I am treated very well by all members of staff.

My father spent his last 5 weeks of his life in Park House and received nothing but kindness respect and high-quality care! The staff showed a high level of care and kindness to my dad and my family and went the extra mile to make his last few weeks of his life the best they could possibly be.

Wasiu Ogundipe

Job Title: Home Manager

Wasiu has over 20 years of experience working within the care sector. He is passionate and consistently strives for the best performance in all areas of his work as a leader. Wasiu has many qualifications such as a BSc in Business Management and IT, an NVQ Level 4 Adult and an IOSH Managing Safely Certificate.


Outside of care, Wasiu is an avid reader and loves listening to music. He especially enjoys watching and playing football.


Wasiu says his favourite part of the job is dealing with a diverse group of people, whilst meeting their needs on a daily basis to make a difference in their lives.
