Overall Experience
My Grandad was discharged from hospital into Park House Care Home duing the COVID-19 pandemic.
I was amazed with how much the care workers, Nurses and the registered manager did all they can to ensure my Grandad was comfortable before he sadly passed away.
The empathy and compassion that was shown really blew me away, I would definitely recommend this care home.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the registered manager, the nurses, the care workers and the administrator, your job did not go unrecognised.

Staff are friendly, warm, and go beyond there duties to accommodate my dad who is a resident at Park House; I travel along way to see my dad. They are always warm and welcoming to me, and again very accommodating to my needs when I arrive! During this terrible time, they have taken covid-19 very seriously, they have had no cases of the virus at the care home; this is due to their professional manner.

The highest praise of all the staff, from the manager down to the cleaners. Between them, they managed to keep my wife out of hospital for well over 12 months. The manager has worked hard to inspire her staff since she has been at Park House. All the staff are totally resident-focused and try very hard to build up good relationships. It might be nice if one of the walls in the rooms had one focus wall with pastel colours.

When we needed to find Mum a new care home while she recovered in hospital from a fall, we contacted Park House and so glad we did. We were made extremely welcome on our first visit and were given lots of information. When Mum moved in, she settled quickly and is well looked after. The staff are caring, and handle Mum's Alzheimer's in a professional and respectful way. We are always kept up to date on any issues with Mum, both when we visit and on the phone.
