Although Mum had lived at the Beeches Care Home for only six months before she passed away, we found the home to have a very pleasant atmosphere with caring, compassionate and dutiful staff. All staff engaged with her and the other residents and did their best to ensure Mum was comfortable.
Excellent all-round. Mum feels safe and secure. I would definitely recommend the care home. Staff friendly and caring to all patients and relatives.
I love the home and the staff are very nice, I can't thank them enough they make me feel special.
We found our friend in very good care. The staff here were friendly and kind.
My mum has recently come to the Beeches Care Home for end of life care. She has settled really well and the transition has been very smooth. I feel that this is because of the commitment and care that the staff have shown towards her. She is happy here and that is because her needs are met.
The home went above and beyond to help my gran's 90th Birthday to be a memorable one! They baked a cake, facilitated all our decorations and requests and really made a fuss of her. We're really grateful we were able to enjoy a last Birthday with her. Thank you!
I have lived in the Beeches for a long time. The staff look after me very well.
My room is warm and I get lovely food and I even have a shandy if I want it.
I like it at the home. The staff look after me very well. I have friends here and I feel safe here.
In extremely difficult circumstances due to Covid-19, I would like to thank all the staff involved in the care of my Mum. On Tuesday after a phone call with her, I was quite upset and rang back and spoke to a member of the care team who let me offload my worries to her. I felt so much better afterwards. The staff doesn't care only for their residents but the families too. Thank you again.
Any concerns or wishes are met straight away. Staff are responsive and very kind - happy.
My Mother moved into the Beeches in September 2020 and I can honestly say that I am impressed with her care up to now. The staff and carers are very polite, courteous, respectful and go out of their way to help in what is a very demanding and difficult job especially with Covid-19 to deal with as well, cannot fault the home, carers or staff, 10/10 on all fronts.
Always considerate to our Mother and other guests, they have the patience and empathy that works well with their guests. Excellent at communicating with relatives of their guests of any needs or incidents. They are happy to accommodate requests from both guests and relatives.
My mother has been a resident at the Beeches for three and half years now and I can honestly say the care she gets is amazing. Staff and management are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. My mother is always happy in her own way and is always clean and looks well. Covid has been very tough for us as a family not been able to go and see her but looking through the window all the residents look so well and happy which means a lot to us as a family. So can't thank the staff enough for all their hard work and loving care in this tough period.
Very clean and hygienic. Staff and carers are all very nice. Food is generally very nice, occasionally can be a bit hit or miss. Respectful of privacy. Respectful when having personal care. Sometimes clothing goes missing.

My Mum is well looked after and his happy at The Beeches Care Home. She enjoys the food. The staff treat Mum with dignity and kindness.
All the staff is very helpful and pleasant. They treat the resident I visit with respect and she is very happy. The home is always clean and the food looks great. Any special requirement i.e. specific drinks are always available.
I visit my mother every couple of weeks. Although she is very confused because of dementia, she is always content and happy to be where she is. The staff are always kind towards her and look after her needs as best they can.
Thank you so much Beeches.
Mother is always clean, warm and fed. Rooms cleaned regularly. The staff although very busy are always helpful.
