My wife is care for with professionalism and treated with dignity. Her room is clean and welcoming, also comfortable. She really enjoys the food that is given to her, she has a good appitite. Although she does not coment she seems to have settled in well and gets on with everything to the best of her ability.
The food could do with being more interesting, its a roast everyday, and sandwiches for tea, although you can make your own drinks, drinks should be offered more, as a lot of people get water infections,
The entertainment needs a boost, look on line to get ideas, as its very boring and same all the time, bingo and reading from a paper. Wish residents would get taken out more, or at all!
Care is different with different cares

I want to say a very big thankyou to the staff at beeches care home for helping to make mums(kath) 90th birthday a very special day. Special thanks to Bernie for the decorations and help. Also for the lovely birthday cake made by the lovely young man In the kitchen. Mum was truly spoilt. Thank you. Sandra. X
Prior to my mother moving in, taking care of her with alzheimer's was challenging to say the least, in every way, her safety, her medication and medical needs.
Now our family have total peace of mind in every way. The home is spotlessly clean, the staff are kind and amazing, the food is faultless, all in all fabulous. I have just visited my mother and had to comment on how great she looks, I believe thats all down to the staff and environment thats she's in. Many thanks keep up the great work.
My mum was a resident for just over seven years. Our experience, as a family, has been a positive one (apart from Covid). Mum was happy at Beeches Care Home which meant we were happy and could relax. To the end, the staff showed love, care, respect, nothing was too much trouble. Outstanding.
I can not speak too highly of Beeches Care Home. My son, having been diagnosed with terminal cancer spent his last months here and he could not have been cared for better by everyone. Nothing was too much trouble. The wonderful managers set the atmosphere here and every member of staff was caring, friendly, hard-working and treated my son like a member of their own family. They were also welcoming to us and it has been an enormous comfort to us knowing that he was in such safe and caring hands.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a positive review of our home. We are pleased you were very happy with the quality of care your son received at The Beeches care home, kindness is at the heart of everything we do. We will ensure your kind words are shared with the team. Thank you...
My father was a resident at Beeches Care Home for a short period of time as he was on end of life admission. I am grateful to the staff and the manager for the care and compassion shown to my father and the whole family during this difficult time.
My Father was admitted to Beeches for what turned out to be the last week / 10 days of his life. He was treated with the utmost care and respect. Making his last days comfortable, we could not have asked for more. Thank you for all you did for my Father.
Great team work all-round.
Thank you.
Always greeted with a smile, the staff are a pleasure to speak with.
Thank you from all the family.
My friend was well taken care of and treated with respect, whilst at the Beeches home. Staff were always friendly polite and would always answer any questions I had. The staff were very supportive during her final journey and after.
My friend was well taken care and treated with dignity and respect, by all the staff she came into contact with. In her final weeks the staff took great care of her and couldn’t do enough for her. They helped with her final journey.
Thank you to all the team at the Beeches Care Home. The effort you made to help celebrate my nana’s special birthday was absolutely amazing! On behalf of the wider family, I wanted to say a massive thank you for all your love, care and support! It is very much appreciated. Thank you!
My sister came to Beeches Care Home after many years living in one room in her house. She was lonely - hardly ever saw the outside - but still had to be encouraged to move to Beeches. From the moment she arrived, it was obvious how happy she was being cared for, feeling safe and her health needs being met, she had other people to have conversations with and her health needs (especially her lymphoedema) were met, healing which was miraculous. My sister had the very best life possible while at Beeches.
I am very pleased with Mum's care since she moved in to the home in July. Mum continues to decline in various ways, but is looked after very well and all her needs are met by all the staff. Mum can be challenging at times, but the staff are very good with her, which puts my mind at rest. I am well informed by the staff of everything about Mum's GP visits, medication changes etc. The care home Manager is very caring and the admin lady has been very helpful to me.
We were also looked after and treated with respect and kindness.
I cannot speak highly enough of the home.
Visited my aunty in this beautiful care home. The manager and staff were very pleasant and helpful. She looked very happy and well looked after. It's a very clean and comfortable care home. Would recommend it to others.
Mum was only in the Beaches for a short time, before she sadly passed away. All the staff were very friendly and helpful from the very first day Mum arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. We were able to visit at any time. They engaged Mum with activities and encouraged her to mix and join in with other residents. When Mum was on her last few days, they were so respectful of Mum and our family. They treated us all like a member of their own family.
It is early days but my brother is happy there and that is enough for me.
Beeches stood out in fostering a sense of community, organizing activities that not only stimulated residents but also encouraged social interaction. The medical care was exceptional, with a skilled nursing staff ensuring my mother's health needs were met with care and sensitivity.
In a difficult time, Beeches not only cared for my mother but supported our family, providing emotional solace. The staff's unwavering commitment to dignity, compassion, and genuine connection makes Beeches a commendable choice for those seeking quality care.
