Overall Experience

Staff here excellent, nothing too much trouble. Family included in all things. Any concerns they rang us and vice versa. Food very good, entertainment and activities excellent. Manager knew her residents and their needs. Cannot speak highly enough of all aspects of this home, would not hesitate to place a member of my family there. As a last resort of course as this is not what we wish but needs change and you need to be realistic.

Review from Carol P (Daughter of Resident) published on 23 January 2017 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience
From day one my father was looked after by staff with the greatest of dignity. Nothing was too much trouble. The laundry was presented back in drawers and wardrobe clean and well ironed.

The room was cleaned regularly carpet kept nice and clean. Nothing was too much trouble regarding dietary wise anything asked for was soon presented. The last couple of weeks whilst my father was feeling unwell I was kept very well informed and asked when they thought I needed to be present. Cannot fault the care in any way.
