Overall Experience

This Nursing Home smells good and feels good from the moment you enter the front door. The staff are very busy but never fail to smile and say hello. They know me and they know my aunt well and understand her needs. I can tell that my aunt is comfortable with the staff from Manager to cleaner by the rapport she has with them. I have visited many nursing homes and usually, they are cold and efficient. The Firs Nursing Home is warm welcoming and efficient.

Review from John S (Son of Resident) published on 25 July 2017 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
My mother was a resident at The Firs Nursing Home from January 2013 until her death at 97 in June 2017.
The managers and staff could not have been more kind, loving and caring.
I visited my mother 2 - 3 times a week during this time and only observed compassionate caring by dedicated and long serving staff.

I would highly recommend it to those needing this level of nursing support.
