All I can say is that this care home is absolutely amazing; the staff, care and compassion are second to none; they have looked after my dad so we'll. I cannot put it into words, but I am hoping once he is well enough to go back after coming out of the hospital, he will be back at home in the loving care of all the carers and the manager, but they have been amazing. I cannot recommend Kings Park Care Home enough - absolutely 5-star treatment.

Staff were very attentive at all times. My visits were at all different times and even though mass capacity varied and her behavior could be very challenging, the care shown by the staff was consistent and reassuring. In particular feedback from the activity coordinator was very helpful in colouring our view of the variety and quality of Ma's experience at Kings Park when we are not present.

Came for party/BBQ for residents and family. Shame about the weather but despite this staff entertainment made up for this it was well worth the visit. Stayed longer at the party than I expected, then visiting in room. Overall, a very good afternoon was had by all.

My husband has been in Kings Park Care Home since February 2022. Since coming to Kings Park he has vastly improved regards to his behaviour. The nurses and staff are managing better with him, he is now eating and putting on weight. He is not distressed, he is clean, well cared for and is more settled. I am always informed about his care and nothing is too much trouble for the staff, they are superb. Very happy family.

We have had the worst 2 years ever and it has been a real struggle finally things feel like they are starting to get better and I will be able to see my mum more. Throughout this time the staff have kept everything going even though there have been staffing problems due to the circumstances all care homes have found themselves in and they have come through with flying colours. I am aware it was also a very difficult time for them having to deal with relatives' families who were worried stressed and upset by not being able to see their loved ones but they were always helpful and assuring. So a big thank you to all the staff. The home always looks welcoming. The reception always looks nice and bright and decorated for every occasion. The home has a very high standard of cleanliness. The staff are always helpful and know us by name and there are regular activities for the residents. All in all they have done a great job getting us all through this.

My mum has only been in the home a short while, but within this time the staff have always been helpful and have always taken care of her so well, although sometimes she can have very challenging behaviour. I cannot fault the communication they have had with me and always provide me with updates when I call or attend to visit my mum. They go above and beyond and myself and my family are extremely appreciative of the help and care they provide. The home is always clean and management are up to date with COVID restrictions without being insensitive to the family. I just want to say a big thank you and I would highly recommend this home to any one considering it.

Kings Park is an extremely well-led care home and the staff they employ are second to none. My mother-in-law has been a resident there for 10 months, and both my partner and I cannot fault the care she receives. The staff (without exception) are friendly, dedicated and will always give you the time of day. You can also tell that major emphasis is placed on hygiene and cleanliness as her room and the communal areas are spotless. My mother-in-law is now bedridden and cannot participate in the activities the home provides, but we can tell that an effort is made to keep the other residents entertained. I feel confident that when we leave the Home following our visit, she is in safe hands and as a result of this and the above, I would definitely recommend Kings Park to others in our position.

Mum has been a resident since April 2021, and from day one we have been impressed by the care the home provides. We are now allowed compassionate visits, and I see mum on a daily basis. During our many hours spent at the home, we have never been concerned about how she and the other residents are treated. In fact, we have always been moved by the compassion, skill, and patience shown by the staff in often trying circumstances. Mum's room is always clean and we've noticed that the corridor areas etc are often being cleaned. The food must also be good too as mum used to eat everything that was put in front of her. Not only do all the staff look after the residents well; they take care of us too! We have always been kept up-to-date with news about mum, and I'm often cheered up by the staff when I've become a little tearful over her. They always remember our name and never fail to greet us with a smile. The cups of coffee are also much appreciated!

Excellent service through and through. Mum wouldn't be here today if we hadn't have found this nursing home, which was recommended to us. All the team members and staff are helpful, caring and understanding. They go above and beyond. My mum is well, happy and clean always. I am informed of all information and what's happening at the home during this difficult time (waiting to get back to normal, hopefully soon).

My father moved into King's Park during Covid lockdown, I cannot thank the staff enough for all they did for my father during this difficult time. They continue to support and care for him magnificently, he is well looked after in every way. All staff are really nice, approachable and polite. They all go the extra mile for my father. Everyone has made my mother feel welcome and relaxed during her recent visits since restrictions were lifted.

Our 95-year-old mother has been a resident at Kings Park for almost 2 years. All the staff have been extremely helpful and caring, especially through the pandemic, where they would ring with regular updates for which we were very grateful.

We have been extremely pleased with the home overall, it has taken some time for Mum to settle and the staff have supported her throughout the challenges. Although the last twelve months have been difficult with the restrictions, we have seen a notable change with the new management. Staff have communicated to family constantly, listened and been equally supportive to the family with the challenges. Having missed her 90 birthday last year, we were extremely pleased to have part of the restrictions lifted, the staff made such a wonderful day for her and her family, we will be eternally grateful for that day. They were good that is why we chose them, now we feel blessed, they are all very much our extended family. Thank you!

I am very impressed with the improvements in the home since the new management team took over. I have not been able to visit for the last year because of covid restrictions but I have been kept fully informed about my relatives care and general health, with regular calls from the manager, deputy and nurses. I'd like to say a big thank you to all the staff who have kept my relative safe throughout this awful time

We were so glad we found Kings Park. Mum has now had two birthdays during the pandemic. I was allowed inside for her 91st birthday and they all made it so special. Very safe, all covid measures in place. Mum is well looked after. Kings Park and it's wonderful team really do care.
