Sadly we are always eager to complain rather than compliment. The staff at Alexandra Court cared for our mum when she suddenly became too poorly for rehab. This was a number of months ago now but the memory of their wonderful, kind and dignified treatment of our mum has not eroded. It is a pressured
and busy environment and staff always had time for anyone who needed support, this was witnessed countless times in the hours and days that we spent there. There are experienced nurses and managers who strive to do the best for their patients as do the staff. Some stood out more than others for us and to us are angels. They showed genuine compassion beyond just doing their job. We will always be grateful and will never forget. Thank you.

My mum had just two short weeks here for care after a fall. The staff where very nice with my mum we can not fault in any way at all the care she was given in her short stay at the home. We as a family would like to thank all the staff for looking after her so well and making us all welcome every time
we visited. The rooms are spacious and clean and there is also a little kitchen for visitors to make themselves a brew .
