My husband has been in Rosebridge Care Home for over 5 years. I cannot fault the care and attention that has been shown to him. From management, nurses, carers, cleaning staff, and maintenance. Also, chefs and catering staff and anyone I've missed. It is very reassuring to me and my daughters that my husband is being taken such excellent care of. Thank you all.

Staff are very approachable, professional and friendly. They are available to listen to any questions and/or concerns and, ensure such are dealt with, in a friendly and timely manner.

The Management Team and Staff have taken time to get to know resident, which has really helped in the resident's stay and supported them settling into 24 hour care, whilst also ensuring their safety and supporting their wellbeing.

Cannot fault anything. The care is excellent. The staff work so hard to look after my husband. The staff are very obliging and cannot do enough for my husband and myself.

I cannot thank the staff at Rosebridge Court enough for the love and care they have provided for my mum since she moved here suffering with dementia. She is a part of a wonderful family here, safe and happy, settled and content. The staff are amazing, always on hand and swift to act with any concerns that may arise with my mums health. I thoroughly recommend Rosebridge Court to anyone who needs a safe, caring and loving environment for their loved one.

They understand my son's condition and encourage him to join in the activities, and he looks forward to the days out they plan. He is very settled and happy. I was extremely anxious about putting my dad into a nursing home, as a nurse myself, I had some negative experiences as a professional in nursing homes. My dad has early-onset dementia, and being only in his mid-60s it was overwhelming to start looking at nursing homes. I was extremely worried about choosing the wrong home, causing further distress to my dad and mum.
The home has exceeded all expectations. All the staff members, from the management, nurses, HCA's, cleaning staff, activity coordinators and handyman are amazing. They treat my dad as if he is part of their family, you can see how much they care, and go out of their way to ensure he is happy. I couldn't ask for more.
All the staff in the home have made such a difficult time for myself and my mum so much easier knowing how well cared for my dad is.

My dad has settled very well, and I can see he is content, he smiles fondly at the staff and is safe and cared for. The food looks delicious which is always a bonus.

Rosebridge Court has got to be the best nursing home that you could wish for for your loved one. Every single member of staff is simply fantastic in every way. They are just one big family who genuinely care for their residents The food, cleanliness, activities and the environment are just superb. The vast improvement in my father-in-law within a few weeks of moving here from another home is a credit to the kind, caring and hard-working staff. It has given our families such peace of mind to know that he is so well cared for and that is priceless. Basically, my father-in-law hit the jackpot when he moved here.

Rosebridge really is a home from home for our mother. She has settled in exceptionally well and the team have ensured a smooth transition despite some medical issues Mum has suffered from. The activities have really engaged Mum, who has been reluctant to get involved in activities previously - hats off to the activities coordinator! Mum is clearly at home here and it is clear that the staff love her. They regularly ask how she is and always keep in contact with us about how she is doing. Nothing is too much trouble for the team here who go above and beyond their daily duties to ensure that Mum is safe, clean, well-fed but, above all, happy. Rosebridge is a place I would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for care for their loved one.

I find the home a pleasant place to be and therefore am happy for my brother to be cared for there. The staff are always friendly, courteous and liaise with clients in a most appropriate way. I can tell that he is content there too, especially now encouraged to reside in the lounge or dining room as opposed to his own room where there is more going on around him. He has a very good rapport with the staff and is well-liked. The activities I am aware of are very good but my brother chooses not always to take part and this decision is respected.

We could not be happier with the care and support Dad received at Rosebridge. The staff are so kind, attentive and friendly. We know each other by name and they us. Dad is always clean, tidy and out in his wheelchair when we visit him. He is clearly loved by the staff and for that, we are truly grateful. A huge thank you.

My husband has been in Rosebridge Court for ten weeks. Choosing a care home was a daunting task for my daughter and I but Rosebridge Court has surpassed our expectations. We are so pleased with the care he is receiving. The staff are wonderful, polite, caring and nothing is too much trouble. The home is spotlessly clean, food is excellent with a good choice. The home is decorated for special occasions and the activities coordinator spends one-to-one time with residents.

My dad has been a resident at Rosebridge court since 2019. Throughout the pandemic, the staff here worked tirelessly to keep all residents safe. I have been so pleased with the level of care and love shown by all staff. They have all become members of his family. Sadly, last week my dad passed away here. Once again in his last days and hours, all staff were so kind. I would highly recommend the manager and all her staff to anyone, looking for long-term dementia care for one of their loved ones. They all genuinely go above and beyond every day.

My wife entered Rosebridge Court towards the end of April 2020. Since then, despite covid, the house has made every effort for me to see her, even just through the window in the early days. Today I am able to visit my wife on a daily basis - which I do. I find the staff always make me feel very welcome and we are now on first name terms. Regarding the two highlighted items I am unable to comment and I haven't witnessed either due to covid:
