Having visited my wife for three years, fourteen hours a week, I think that I am in a position to have a good assessment of the care home. U find that the standard of care my wife and other guests receive is first-class. All I see is a first-class home being run by a very good management and care team, very clean with good food. I can't thank them enough.

Since my dad came to live here I feel he's much more settled than his previous placement. This I feel is due to the level of understanding of Dad's mental health needs given by the staff. I feel all his needs are being met and of a high standard. Staff go above and beyond to make the resident's feel valued and cared for.

Our mum has been a resident at Rosebridge Court for almost 7 years and we are delighted she is still as happy as day one. We feel the care she receives from all the staff is of high quality and have recommended the home to numerous people over the years.

My wife has been resident in Rosebridge Court for about 18 months and both myself and family are fully satisfied with all aspects of her care and comfort, as I stated in a previous review.

We are notified straight away if she had any injuries or needs she may require. We speak highly of all the staff, including the cleaning ladies and have recommended Rosebridge Court to a friend whose relative is now resident in the home and fully satisfied.

My mum has Lewy Bodie Dementia when the care home she was in told us they could not cater for her needs. We were upset as she seemed settled, however, it has been the best move for mum going to Rosebridge Court.

The staff are caring and nothing is too much trouble. The home has recently been done up and the tv room is comfortable just like home. The food is a ten I have no complaints at all and would like to thank the staff for looking after my mum when we could no longer do so.

Before placing my mother we looked at numerous nursing homes, both in and out of borough.
This home is head and shoulders above any that we looked at, for all the reasons listed.
I never worry about my mother's care or wellbeing in Rosebridge Court, and all the family have said the same.
The staff are outstanding and the manager is exceptional!
Just a beautiful and caring environment from start to finish.

If only all nursing homes could work to this standard.

All residents are well cared for and the staff are really polite and show they actually care about the residents.

My mother has been in this home for nearly 4 years now and I have no concerns whatsoever. I looked around 3 care homes before choosing this one and I have to say, this was the most welcoming, friendliest and cleanest of them all. I definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Since my Mum arrived at Rosebridge Court. I have experienced during my visits nothing is too much trouble for the staff and the ultimate priority is the care, safety and welfare of all the residents. The care home is of an exceptional standard, bright, airy and very friendly. My Mum is treated with the utmost dignity and I feel very confident that she is receiving the best care by all the staff at Rosebridge.

Mum has been a resident at Rosebridge Court for around nine months. I can honestly say that it feels like she is with extended family with the care she receives from the staff.
They know her likes, preferences and little, idiosyncratic ways.
After months in hospital where she would not eat or take her medication, they learned how to work with her so that her weight stabilised and she settled with medication. We spend time with Mum every day and see first hand the quality of care given to all the residents.

I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My husband has been a resident for almost 2 years. His illness puts him in a very bad place in his life. I feel that the staff genuinely like my husband and are very kind and considerate to him and his needs. All that we can do for my husband is our best at all times. He has little pleasures left in life, the staff understand this, he enjoys music and some TV programmes eg football, rugby, preferably whilst enjoying a whiskey.
