My mother has only been here 24 hours but the staff have made both my mother and our family feel very welcome. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and I am sure they are very capable of meeting my mother's needs in this early stage of her stay.

Amazing staff and management who can't do enough to help and support. This applies not only to my mother but has been witnessed with all other residents. Exceptional care. Words cannot describe the patience and "love" shown here at Rosebridge Court.

Again exceptional cleanliness. Nutritious meals with variety and choice.

A lovely, relaxed unit. Thank you so much.

The staff are Rosebridge are truly the most caring and kind people you could wish for. The care they gave my mum could not be faulted. In all the 24months that mum was there, she was happy. This gave the family peace of mind. As well as activities and outings on a regular basis, staff went the extra mile taking her out for walks to local parks, shops, pet shops etc... Mum was a keen walker so this was special to her.

Sadly mum passed away at the end of January 2017. The end of life care for mum was the most we could have wished for.

My Aunty was discharged to Rosebridge court after falling and breaking her hip. Aunty was very confused and she kept shouting. Since being at Rosebridge Court, she has calmed down and is very happy. The staff have made her feel secure. They can not do enough for my aunty in all aspects of her daily routine.

Home manager and every member of her staff have all gone beyond their call of duty to make my mothers transition from hospital as easy as possible. Our family's lives have been transformed, we now have peace of mind that my mother is being treated with care, compassion, love, laughter and dignity. There is no strict regime and my mother can eat, sleep or sit in the lounge for entertainment when she decides to do so. Medication and regular checks are always on time. Mother is clean and well cared for. Hygiene is paramount and all staff make time in their busy lives to interact with residents and visitors, always with a smile. All domestic, carers and nursing staff are special.

My husband went into Rosebridge Court in December 2015. I am very pleased with the cleanliness, food, activities but most of all the carers. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I visit nearly every day and as yet have no complaints. The management are helpful and will answer all questions. This is the first care home that I have had contact with and I am so grateful to the carers who treat my husband with respect and dignity.
