There is a news article will tell you all you need to know about this so-called care home. It is simply awful... they don't know the meaning of care. Disinterested staff top to bottom neglect of residents is commonplace. The sooner this awful place is closed down the better. Please do not put any of your loved ones in this place I am both angered and saddened that our Mother spent any time here at all. It is a prime example of a profiteering scam to fleece both the Local Authority Adult Social Care system and any self-funding residents. Shame on all of you at Advinia you are a total disgrace.

I wrote a review just two weeks after mum went to live here and at that time I felt hopeful that the care would be good. How wrong I was !! Where do I start ? Some staff are lovely & caring but the home is understaffed, management do not respond to concerns, supervisors lie to you about your relative. I have raised my concerns with the CQC & Social services. The communication is shocking. I found mums tablets on the floor of f her bedroom twice, she has had unwitnessed falls resulting in the last one breaking her hip in 3 places. Clothes & personal belongings go missing. Mum is now going to a lovely new home and if anyone wants to contact me please do:

I visit my mum regularly and am very happy with the way she is cared for at Arncliffe Court Care Home - the staff go above and beyond in their care for the residents. My mum is always clean and well looked after and is very happy. The actual house is always clean and tidy and smells lovely today on my visit (8/8/25). Thank you for looking after my mum.

Still very happy with this home - it is a real community. I know that I can speak to anyone who works here about any query I have. I trust the management. The carers who have started recently are excellent at getting to know residents and their families.

Such a lovely place for Mum to be. Mum can be very difficult but the staff are all so lovely, caring and patient.

Mum enjoys the meals and is provided with lots of juice and cups of tea in her own mug.

You can see the residents are kept very clean and smart. Mum has fresh clothes on every day.

Visitors are welcome at any time apart from meal times so they are not distracted.

Everywhere is clean, tidy and fresh.

And lastly and most importantly we can take our dogs to see Mum.

Mum has been at Arncliffe Court Care Home for almost a month. We have been impressed with the care Mum is receiving. Mum is mostly happy, still asks to come home, but I'm sure this is natural. Arncliffe have made this process easier for our family.

The lounge is bright, airy and comfortable. The residents are happy. Mum says that the staff are busy, caring and lovely and she feels that the staff are busy, caring and lovely and she feels safe and well looked after. There is a very pleasant atmosphere and the food is just like home cooked.

Arncliffe Court Care Home has completely changed my opinion of care/nursing homes. It has given my mother a new lease of life. She is always kept spotlessly clean and well looked after which gives the family peace of mind. It was a hard decision to make but it was definitely the best. The staff are always accommodating and have fantastic relationships and interact with the residents. Arncliffe Court is definitely A1 and would give 100% to all areas - care and cleanliness etc.

My expectations were so low after the lack of care my dear mother received from her previous care home. I couldn't have been more wrong. Arncliffe Court has exceeded any hopes I had for my mum with regard to her care and dignity. Unfortunately being 96 years of age, she soon required end-of-life care and this has been administered with such care and kindness, I find myself overwhelmed and eternally grateful for the staff here.
