Overall Experience
I cannot fault the quality service of all the staff at Redholme Memory Care for the support, kindness, and love that was given to my dad when he was a resident there for the last 6 months of his life. We as a family have some very happy and special memories that will last forever.
Special thanks to a particular staff member who understood our dad immediately after meeting him. Dad's every need was met whilst he was there, and the continued help and support she gave to all the family.

Thank you to all the staff at Redholme you are all amazing.

Overall Experience
All the staff - carers, cleaners, kitchen, management, nursing, day and night; were wonderful with mum. It was a difficult time for mum; dementia was such that she was confused, unsettled, and at times afraid. But very quickly she felt safe and secure and loved. This is down to how each person, in a wholistic way, listened to her, recognised her needs and treated her with respect, care and kindness.
They were also great with us as a family, kind, reassuring always making time to inform and explain.

Definitely recommend Redholme.
