Hello there, thank you for taking the time to review Victoria Care Home - we appreciate all comments and feedback. From your review I can see you have a couple of concerns which I will address for you. We have recently added a new sofa in the main lounge and the team are also planning a deep clean of all other furniture in the lounges. We also have a dedicated Personal Activities Leader who has put together an activities programme for the residents, alongside a year planner which includes special theme days and celebrations throughout 2016. If you do have any activities you’d like to see introduced in the home, we’d love to hear them! I will discuss these with you in further detail in person, but if you do have any further concerns then please do not hesitate to raise these with me. Best wishes, Vicky.
