Byron Court now has a fully functioning EMI unit for residents with more complex dementia needs. This is located on the ground floor and has easy access to the outdoor garden area.

My mum came to byron court on end off life care they honestly treated her like she was family they made her feel like a queen it was hard seeing mum deteriorate but they tuc such good care of her I didn't need to worry the staff became a big part of our lives and they let mum pass with dignity and all
her family around her such a hard time but they were so respectful towards her even when she had passed they treated her with such love and compassion I couldn't ask for a better group of people to care for her they are all amazing thank you from the bottom of my heart

I find the people at the nursing home very helpful and courteous at all times, I appreciate that they have a busy job and are on the go most of the time. But the only thing I would complain about, is that they are sometimes slow or do not answer the phone.

My father has lived in Byron Court Nursing Home for more than twelve months. From our very first visit, we were impressed by the staff, their helpful and caring attitude and the cleanliness of the building. My father settled in very well and from the outset has been happy and comfortable there.

is monitored regularly and is always well cared for, well-fed, warm, clean and above all, happy and content.

My dad was only in Byron Court Nursing Home for a couple of weeks but he was treated with kindness and respect at all times.
Staff were kind, friendly, professional and always had time to talk to me and my family. Little details were attended to and the greatest care given.
I cannot speak highly enough
of the staff. They were described to me as "angels" and I concur.

My mum was diagnosed with dementia, she went to Byron Court Nursing Home originally for respite care, this was a difficult time for the family as a previous attempt with another care provider was really negative. From walking into Byron, my sister and I felt welcomed, all of the staff were professional
and so friendly! From handyman, domestics, admin, activities coordinator, kitchen staff, carers, nurses and management - and of course, the residents, make the place a very friendly and compassionate place to be. Mum settled in really quickly and ended up staying as a resident, she's always smiling, looks safe and well and most importantly, engaged and enjoys banter with staff! I feel really welcome whenever I visit and enjoy spending time there, the staff really care about Mum and have supported the whole family through some really difficult times, they are an amazing group of people, I hope they all get some recognition from positive reviews and they feel valued as the committed staff team that they truly are.

My dad has been at Byron Court Nursing Home for two years now, even though it was really hard to make that decision I knew it was the best. My dad has settled in well and the staff are lovely, they always give me good feedback on my dad when I attend the care home or ring up. The staff always go around
being happy and making sure my dad is okay. Tthere is always music on or the telly for the residents. If anyone was looking to put a loved one in a care home, would highly recommend Byron Court.

My sister moved to Byron Court at the end of February 2024 from assisted care as her overall health had deteriorated and she needed nursing care. I have found the home very inviting, the staff have been very caring, helpful, and thoughtful towards my sister and have been very sensitive as she has adjusted
to her new home and environment. The home is well managed, is clean and the food provided is excellent.
Overall I am pleased that my sister is being cared for in a compassionate way and is being given the best care possible by caring staff. Any concerns that I have had have been immediately dealt with by the staff and management. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who requires nursing care.

We moved my mum from a mediocre care home to Byron Court. Best decision we ever made for my mum. She is so much happier. The staff are amazing, nothing's too much trouble. They keep everything fun and happy for all their residents. Music's always playing, everyone is lively. They also make sure the
families of the residents are happy. The member of staff who greeted us to look around said they are here for my mum and us, her family, and they truly are. I feel like I can finally breathe, as I know my mum is well cared for. Thanks so much to all the staff.

Overall, I was comforted to know that my mother was being well looked after. Any concerns we had were dealt with in a timely manner once raised with management. Most importantly, the overall care and compassion shown to Mum was very good and this was down to the quality of the carers and nursing staff,
who always did their best to help my mum through her daily battle with dementia, seeing to her needs and enabling her to live in peace and with dignity.

I found my review very interesting. It also made me happier about the care my mum was getting and helped me to understand her needs a bit more. I am happy with the outcome of my mum's care and know she is safe. Making sure my mum is happy at all times is the most important thing to me and I do feel

If you want genuine people to look after your loved ones then do not hesitate in pointing them towards Byron Court. The managers, the nurses, the care staff, the cleaners, handyman and kitchen staff are all friendly, whilst remaining professional and, in my experience, are genuinely interested in providing

My mum came to Byron Court over a year ago. The care she has had has been second to none. The carers in Bryon Court are what they say, caring, kind and considerate. They have all gone above and beyond in caring for my mum. I can't thank them enough. When she was upset, they sat and held her hand. Outstanding
