The care my dad received at Dale Park was exceptional. He had complex needs and the staff handled everything with incredible professionalism, kindness and respect. They went above and beyond every day treating him with dignity and compassion.
I cannot thank the entire team enough for everything they did for him and giving our family peace of mind.

A wonderful care home.

I am a resident who's garden backs onto Dale Parks rear carpark, there was some overgrown ivy that had grown over my fence and onto my shed, I mentioned it to the manageress who swiftly arranged for landscapers to cut it all down and remove the branches from my fence, the job was completed and all waste removed to our satisfaction, Thanks again to the fantastic manageress and Dale Park itself for a great service

Always friendly, welcoming and supportive. Mum is taking time to settle in to a new home and routine however the team at Dale Park have been supportive and patient. Good access to doctors and medical support, and Mum being able see her church and take communion will mean a lot to her.

The staff at Dale Park are very caring and respectful of the residents. My sister has been so happy and content since coming to Dale Park she loves her room.

She has been on trips out to local venues and the activities in the home are very good. From Knit and Natter to Basket Ball competitions and the visits of animals to the home have brought her much joy.

Mum has been in Dale Park since March after being placed in 2 other care homes over the years but as her illness progresses her behavior and care needs were becoming more challenging so I had to find EMI nursing care. I thank God I found Dale Park. From the first contact I had with admin staff to viewing the home and moving mum in everything was just so professional, reassuring and clear, helpful advice to navigate the process. Its an amazing place always clean, lovely staff are available and present at all times. The staff know all the residents what they like or don't like, their ways and moods and to be honest they treat mum like family. Meals are freshly cooked on site with lovely choices, regular drinks and snacks. Mum is always clean and dressed and happy. There are lots of activities. The quality of care is outstanding, im contacted and updated regularly about any matters that I need to be aware of. Professional, trained, caring & dedicated staff make it an outstanding care home

As a daughter, I have had direct experience with this residential home for the past 15 months and can confidently state that the progress made during this time has been exceptional. The improvements observed are beyond what I could have anticipated.

The range and quality of activities provided are outstanding, and the staff consistently demonstrate professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and support is always readily available.

The manager shows exemplary leadership and is consistently accessible, providing reassurance and clear communication whenever required. I would highly recommend this residential home based on the high standard of care and commitment shown.

My mother has been at Dale Park for a few months now. From the outset, the staff have gone over and above to help her settle in. On visiting my mother I have always found the home be inviting with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I've always found the staff to be approachable and helpful and it appears that they have built a good rapport with my mum, which has made her happy. From the very first evening I left my mother at Dale Park, I felt confident that she was in good hands.

Mum has been a resident for 18 months. Dale Park must be up there with the very best for genuine care towards its residents and their families. The staff are on the ball meeting the needs of my mother. There is daily routines in place meaning we all know what and when things are due to happen. Regular reviews take place and family meetings are also taking place. The management are very accessible to deal with any queries we may have at any time. I ask mum often if she is happy and comfortable at Dale Park to which she has always replied yes she is. Mum is in a happy, caring, safe place with genuinely caring and attentive staff under excellent proactive management. Well done Dale Park, your excellence helps mum and us deal with mums difficult illness. Thank you!
