Mum was recently unwell, during this time the whole Dale Park team rallied round. They identified early on that Mum would be better on an air mattress due to spending more time than usual in bed, they sorted this out straight away. When struggling to eat the kitchen staff pureed her food and the carers were very patient sitting with her and encouraging her to eat and drink. Some staff even called in when their shift had finished to see how she was before they went home. I knew all the staff and management at Dale Park were kind, caring and professional, but during recent weeks I have been blown away by their attitude. They always treat my mum with dignity and encourage her to make her own decisions where possible (even though her dementia is at an advanced stage). The whole team are amazing, carers, nurses, kitchen team, cleaning staff, laundry staff, building maintenance, activity coordinators, office staff and management team, I don't think you could get better!

Truly an excellent place for my mum. Staff work very hard with her, as she can be very impatient and sometimes aggressive, foul language at times, and they are so kind and caring. Thank you, everyone. Brilliant job from everyone.

I am so happy with Dale Park staff and management. The standard of care is amazing. I am well informed on my mum's health and wellbeing. Mum has settled well. As a care assistant of twenty-five years for five servers, I am happy with her standard of care. Lovely home from home.

There is a nice vibe to the home, always find it warm and friendly. The staff are amazing. So patient and caring. I love the fact that all the staff know my dad's name - even the chef and kitchen staff - so nice.

I get regular updates on my dad's health and well-being. I know he is safe and well cared for. Thanks also due for a day out with my dad organised by the home.

Visited my aunt today and she's always clean and cared for despite her health issues. Her room is consistently clean and tidy. The team at Dale Park are a great bunch, from reception, to manager, to kitchen crew, to the 'hands-on' carers. My aunt's been in three/four homes and Dale park is without doubt the best by far. The real strength is the people.

My dad has been a resident at Dale Park Care Home for five years. The care he has received has been wonderful. The staff are amazing and the food is great. During Covid, they have all been outstanding.

My only worry is that head office keeps reducing staffing levels. They should not do this. It puts too much strain on the staff.

I have not been able to visit my aunty due to the restrictions but I am always made to feel at ease when I ring up. The staff are friendly and take time. Prior to the pandemic, I visited regularly and nothing is too much trouble. My only criticism is it needs to be decorated. Well done Dale Park.

I am happy with the level of care provided by Dale Park. My mum is happy and settled there and I believe she has the best possible quality of life for her condition. The staff are friendly and caring and keep me informed and updated as necessary. I have no concerns over my mum's care and throughout the COVID-19 pandemic they have taken all appropriate measures. would recommend Dale Park to anyone in a similar situation.

My dad has been a resident at Dale Park since October 2015 and his care there has, in the main, been very good. He has always been happy and even after the last year of separation his spirits were good when visiting was once again possible. The staff know him well and provide excellent personal care and friendship.

From day one, all staff and senior nurses have been amazing in the care which was provided to my stepmother. They excelled themselves during COVID times, a credit to your organisation. My stepmother's palliative care was exceptional, going above and beyond in facilitating WhatsApp and Facetime calls with family members, in our opinion, there isn't a better Elderly Mentally Infirm home in the area.

Dale Park cared for my Mum during the final two years of her life and did a great job of providing some level of rehabilitation after a very difficult stay in hospital. Mum was well cared for and I always found the home very welcoming during my visits until the closure of all care homes due to Covid-19. It isn't the smartest of care homes but I found that the staff were caring and helpful. The nursing staff were always happy to discuss Mum's requirements and kept me informed of any issues regarding her care. The home supported us during my Mum's final days and we were able to be with her for most of the time and in her final hours - although she did not require any additional medication, we were told this was available if required and Mum received regular personal care.

Dale Park Care Home is a very friendly home. The staff are all very nice and approachable, if there is an issue it is dealt with efficiently and to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the home and how it cares for my partner. If one criticism, there needs to be more activities as there is not enough going on.

Be warned, don't even deserve one star. End of life care for my father was disgraceful. I was begging for painkillers for my father. Had to ask for his bed to be changed and the staff who changed his bed glared at us and told us to leave the room and we heard my father cry out in pain, he died two hours later. Holes in sheets, bin not emptied, dad not turned and same clothes on for 2 days. Hard to get through to anyone on the phone, my mum was stressed trying to get through most days.

The team at Dale Park showed the highest level of professionalism whilst caring for our Dad. He was treated with dignity and compassion. Dad and the family were warmly welcomed into the home. On each visit, we were given an update and we were involved in Dad's care plan throughout his stay. It is a well lead team of dedicated people who genuinely care about their residents. The environment is fresh, clean, and friendly.

I had an emergency at home and left without any power until an electrician could attend, as my mother had a hospital bed I knew she would be unable to stay without electricity. I contacted Dale Park who arrived within half an hour to collect my mother. I am so impressed without warning they could accommodate as such short notice. I cannot fault.

Dad's care has always been to the highest standard. It's his 80th birthday and all the staff, including kitchen staff, have gone out of their way for him, even though due to dementia he doesn't know it's his birthday.

Dad is always very clean and tidy and safety is excellent.
