Dale Park Care Home

My friend has been in here for a couple of months and I visit him once or twice a week and I find the staff very friendly and the care they have for my friend is second to none. His room is always clean and the lounges are very comfy and I feel like I'm at home. The activities and food choices are very good. Also, the manager is very friendly it's a wonderful place for my friend to be.

My Aunt went into Dale Park in the 5th June. She has been treated with kindness and excellent care, the home is very clean and well kept and the food really nice. The manager is such a caring man well liked by everyone and goes the extra mile in the running of the home.

In conclusion, every member of staff (nursing, caring, domestic, kitchen) did their best in looking after our father. It was a true team approach and as a family, we will always have happy memories of Dale Park.

Rooms are clean and homely.

Upon meeting the manager he immediately put me at ease with his calming influence. He showed me and my mum around and had a great understanding of our concerns without even telling him.

Very pleased my wife settled in the home so quickly. Good communication.

I am very happy with mum being in Dale Park. The staff are all excellent and the care they give is second to none. The manager clearly knows how to run a very good home. I wouldn't consider putting her anywhere else whilst the level of care, respect and dignity is so high here.

Although I am happy with the overall condition of Dale Park Care Home I just feel it could be updated and modernised a bit.

The home is lovely. I feel that mum is well looked after and cared for. The home feels welcoming and the staff are all lovely.

We cannot be more happy with this home my sister is in. It is the only home and now we do not have to worry about her as the staff, management are superb, the food is very good and all homemade cakes too as we have sampled some. My sister loves the activities every day as she says I love the home and also she loves being taken out with everyone. She always looks lovely and clean and loves her baths, her bedroom and the home is spotless. All I can say is thank goodness for Dale Park.

Our family are very happy with the care our sister gets from everyone, she is very happy there and so are we. The care home is well run by management and staff. We could not wish for any care home better than this one our sister is in.

My mother was only in Dale Park for 13 days before dying, having been transferred from a residential care home because she needed specialist nursing. The care she received was in our view very competent, professional and caring. We had great confidence in all the staff at Dale Park. Being bedridden all the time she did not experience any wider facilities or activities but food, cleanliness and equipment we experienced were all high quality.

My father was a resident at Dale Park from January 2013 until his death in October 2016. Throughout that time all the staff, past and present at the care home showed my father and our family love, care, compassion and understanding. We were always made welcome and kept up to date with dad's care and condition. As a family, we are so grateful to Dale Park for all they have done.

We have been visiting a resident of Dale Park for 3 - 4 years and have continually been impressed by the caring attitude of all the care staff and medical staff who have been so patient when dealing with difficult situations. They have also been very friendly to us, offering us tea or coffee which has been welcome especially as we are not local and have driven for over an hour to visit. I would not hesitate to recommend Dale Park to anyone who needs this type of accommodation.

I find the staff very pleasant and informative if I have queries about my dad someone is always able to tell me what I want to know. Rooms are cleaned regularly I have never had to complain about my dads care.

Majority of the staff provide a caring service and work very hard to cater for the differing needs of the residents. One carer in particular is exceptional and nothing is too much trouble.

My wife has been in care since May 2015. In that time, except for minor details, I have had no reason to complain about her situation. Staff are caring and attentive. Leadership is excellent and I feel I have every confidence in the home.

I found the atmosphere of this care home is warm, friendly and professional. My aunt had been cared for in an exceptional manner and I can't ever thank the staff enough. The food is the best we have seen, choices available and good portions too, as she has a good appetite. The manager always has time to talk to you, no matter how busy he is. He runs a team of like minded people. Thank you all, we feel so lucky to have found you. God bless you all.

My husband has been here for two years. He has been and is very well cared for. The staff are very caring and extremely helpful.

My aunt, who is in nursing care at Dale Park, receives over and above tender loving care, for all her needs. We rate the care, hygiene and food here second to none. The manager and his team are all devoted to the care of the residents and cater for everyone's individual needs. It is a pleasant and happy environment, brought about by happy staff.
