Belvidere Nursing Home Ltd Reviews (3)
Over all time Belvidere Nursing Home Ltd has 3 reviews.
My mum and I have had nothing but the most caring and professional treatment from all the staff at Belvidere Nursing Home. Mum was moved here after a series of falls at home and a terminal illness. She sings the praises of the staff, food, her room and all the activities. They welcome visits at any time. Her room is spotless. They made an extremely stressful time for us and settling Mum into a new home so much easier. I can’t thank them enough.
Thank you for the lovely review, we really appreciate it.
Reacted very well to all my concerns and all the staff from the matron to the domestics listen to what you are saying and are supportive in every way.
They have great social events for the residents.
They have a high standard of cleanliness.
My mother is happy to be there and that is paramount to me.
Thank you for the lovely review, it really means a lot to us all.
Where do I start:- The service provided to my partners friend by the staff at this nursing home has been outstanding from the day that I first walked into the home. I found the staff to not only be very supportive and compassionate to their clients/patients needs but also to their families and friends as well, support which I cannot fault, nor complain about.
Throughout the pandemic/closedown, this home has worked very hard to protect and support there residents and families, and whilst doing so kept us all reassured about our loved ones. This reassurance went a long way, given the difficult times that we are all facing.
It's time to reward the staff at this home with the praise that they all duly deserve and which is long overdue. I'm unable to single an individual out for praise, having said that I couldn't even if I tried, as every member of the team has been fantastic, from domestic up to senior staff members, all thoroughly professional individuals. Well done all, thank you.
