Overall Experience

I have been visiting my aunty since we have been able to due to the pandemic. I can't recommend Derwent Lodge enough. The staff are fabulous from the moment you arrive at reception. All staff are very accommodating and friendly. They have arranged zoom calls for my aunty with her son and daughter in law who live out of the area. Fabulous room and an additional bonus a fabulous view of Liverpool Waterfront.

Overall Experience

My family member became a resident at Derwent Lodge in January. He got well looked after and staff went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable, they would allow me to do a zoom call so I was able to see and speak to him which really helped as due to covid was not able to see them. My relative is very happy in the home and I would highly recommend this home to anyone.
