Thank you so much for such a lovely review of our home. Whilst Dads time was short, we are glad to know Dad had the best care he could in his last moments as well as your memories being those of peace and dignity.
Thank you for your lovely review; we really do appreciate your kind words. The team are wonderful and try their best to provide a happy, homely and calm environment.
Wow, anyone would think you were on commission with such a brilliant review! Dad love the petting zoo visiting, and although Dad sticks with the alcohol free version not everyone does. We are glad that as a family, you are happy with the care Dad receives from our wonderful team. You as a family are always very kind and that means a lot to us. Thank you so much.
Thank you for this - my favourite line is, "I don't think he could be in any better place than Safe Harbour" That means a lot as the team works so hard and is truly a caring bunch; we certainly do all get along so well. Thank you for your kind review
This is very kind of you to say, your auntie is a joy to care for. She is likened to the queen often and we are all looking forward to celebrating her 102nd birthday in a few, short months time. Thank you for being such a lovely and supportive family as always.
This is so lovely of you, I'm glad you and Mum are happy with Dad's care. He is a lovely gentleman and we all think so highly of him and you all as a family. Thank you for all your support as always.
Thank you for your review, we really do have a wonderful team of kind and caring individuals, we are glad this is observed and I know the team will appreciate the compliments.
This is a lovely review, thank you. We are happy to hear you are always met with a smile and you feel the staff are understanding of what is a difficult time for you, as a family. This is a great recommendation.
This is truly lovely, we loved Mum and will truly miss her. We are so glad we get to have made Mum's last months happy ones. Thanks again for a great review.
Thank you for your review, it is very kind of you to take the time to complete one for us. I am glad you feel your husband is well looked after, the staff certainly do work very hard and are always person-centred so that helps with the varying levels of dementia and as you say, personalities.
This is very sweet of you. Safety is key and we are glad you feel reassured by our ability to keep your husband safe. I am glad the videos and photos have brought you joy, it is nice for families to see glimpses of what happens when you can't be with your loved one. Any time you would like to come again, that's no problem at all. Thank you again for your review.
This is lovely, thank you. Mum is quite a character which we love about her. You have always been so kind and supportive of us all and we thank you for that. The pandemic was not an easy time at all, especially for you to trust us to take care of Mum with such difficult guidelines being set. We are glad you are happy with how it all went. Thank you for your kind review.
Thank you so much for your very lovely review. We love to see you when you visit as you treat our team with such respect and kindness. I especially love your line 'a home from home' because of course, we can't match the home you have lived in your whole married life but to be able to help you feel such safety and comfort is the perfect compliment to the team. Thanks again.
Thank you so much for your review. We are glad you feel at ease whilst at our home. We are always to cater to any complex needs where possible, so we are glad to be able to help with this concern.
Thank you so much for this lovely review. Mum really is doing so well and we are very happy with her improvements, we were confident we could get these results and are confident for even more improvement. Knowing you guys as a family finally feel Mum is in the right environment with such a brilliant team behind her is music to my ears. Thanks again
This is lovely to read; I am so glad you feel relieved of Mum being cared for. A care home is a daunting thought when putting the care of your relative in the hands of others. Thank you for your kind review.
This is such a brilliant review of our team; thank you so much for taking the time to review us and to show our team how appreciated they are. We are happy Mum is settled here with us and you feel content with Mum being with us. Thanks again
